Please do not waste your money on these dodgy people. They send you a bin and keep you hanging onto them until it suits them to collect it. They are rude and arrogant . I can’t understand why they are still in business.

Avoid at all costs!! Unscrupulous and unconscionable operator. Did not remove the bin by date as per agreement. Family cars were subsequently blocked in the driveway. The boss [name removed] wouldn’t take phone calls. He eventually threatened my family, making disgusting misogynistic remarks about my daughter. This guy should be in jail.

Just so everyone knows Dirty Harry's Skip Bin Hire is now trading under the name of Western Metropolitan Transfer Solutions Pty Ltd. Same terrible owner dumping his illegal waste all over Melbourne. Same terrible service. Beware.

These guys are the biggest crooks ever. They lie every day to me about picking up my bin. Where can I go for help? Is there any bin hire company that wants a free skip for the cost of disposing of the rubbish? These guys are under investigation for rubbish dumping, how are they allowed to still operate?

They said l put the wrong rubbish in the Bin!! before hiring the bin l told them what l was putting in the Bin, they said if l dont pay $200.00 more OR they will tip it out in my drive way.

Do not use this mob, they will not pick up skip. We had the skip outside our house for 22 days council had to get involved. You need a permit if skip is placed on nature strip and this mob didn't inform us of that. Because skip outside for that long neighborhood tossed more rubbish on skip. Overflowing and dangerous, we called them everyday 'please pick up skip' fell on deaf ears, different excuse every time. Liquidation, truck broken, driver sick, driver on holidays and the stock standed 'will be picked up today'. Very abusive on phone if you suggest they do their job. They want cash when dropping off skip. You have been warned.

Bin delivered 23rd Dec, picked up the 30th March. We contacted them 15 times to remove bin, contacted the council and they have called them twice. Standard response it will be removed in 24-48 hours. Dirty Harry are liars, over 3 months to pick up the bin, and yes I was hung up on as well on a few occasions. Never again!

Give stars???? Wish I could sell the bin.
Has sat in my front yard for over 2 months and all I do on a daily basis, is call them to hear the same rubbish. "Our truck has mechanical problems" Do not go to Dirty Harry bin Hire unless you plan on making the bin part of your garden decor.

This business is a disgrace. They dump their bin on our driveway on New Year's eve and still haven't picked it up (11th of February). The amount of times we called to get them to pick it up was ridiculous. Each phone call we get told that the driver forgot or the truck had broken down. STAY AWAY

Ive used them 4 times and everytime has been the same, GREAT!!!!!! The guy who answers the phone makes me laugh and the drivers are helpful and polite. I would gladly deal with these guys again. Thank you

I wish I had of read reviews prior but seriously who would think it could go this wrong with bin hire. Called them every day and the bin still hadnt been collected. Over 1 week now. Next step will be legal action.

Nearly 4 weeks and still haven't picked there bin up yet!! The weather is getting warmer, and our house is getting riddled with flies because of this bin!! Seriously considering taking legal action if this matter is not resolved!!

Very bad experience from start to finish. I would not use them again. Man in the office is rude and swears a lot when you ask nicely to collect the bin.

Blocked our drive for 8 days. Rang them twice a day everyday for pickup. They blame their driver for everything, they just don't care and are very RUDE.

Didn't have a problem, considering these reviews thought we'd write our own. Used them twice now & not had any worries. Communication fine, drivers nice & went out of his way to put the bin where we wanted. Price was affordable compared to others. Will use again.
