Dirty Harry's should be renamed Dirty Scumbags. Was given a quote where I mentioned numerous times concrete would be placed into the bin, however on the invoice concrete was not circled as one of the items going into the bin. When these scumbags picked up the bin, I was charged an extra $200 for having concrete in the bin and they did not give a receipt. Even after calling up and requesting a receipt, I still have not received one. Most pathetic service I've ever used. Highly recommend you stay away.

This is the first time i've ever written a complaint about a company they're actually that bad!!!
It's Taken them over a month to pick up the bin and have phoned them 5 times! we've had to put off our house auction twice!! Bin is still sitting in the driveway as I write this!
Absolutely useless bin company and looks like other people are experiencing the same issues.

WARNING - Please do not use this company – I was spoken down to, hung up on by the “manager” and my bin is still sitting in the driveway after being told 5 times it would be collected.

I do not have a clue when it’s going to be picked up nor have I had any return phone calls.

The excuse I was given was “we are on the other side of town” – why would you supply a service you cannot exceed then?

I asked twice not to be hung up on by the extremely rude manager and of course I was – nothing I can do about this but write a review.

DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY” – God knows when the bin will be collected, I won’t be holding my breath.

Unreliable and abusive! Didn't collect skip form property for more than a month rang them but only got story after story.

They might deliver bin quickly but it will take forever for them to pick up. Waste of time and money.

Swore at me and my fiancé, most disgusting person I've ever heard in my life. Never use please. Verbally abused us in a vile manner for no reason whatsoever

The worst dishonest company i have ever dealt with in my 60 plus years.
Dishonest would be a compliment for them.
If you deal with them, there is every possibility you will live to regret it!
Report them to Consumer affairs AND the ACCC.

Company ignored repeated requests to remove bin that blocked access to property. They repeatedly promised to collect and did not. They finally removed it when I told them I would have removed by a third party and was told they put repot me to the police! Finally they through bricks and building waste from bin into garden without explanation - the bin was not overfilled. Do not trust these people.

Do not trust this unreliable company Dirty Harry. He does late night pick ups of other company bins. Do not trust.

I had to use 4 of their bins for an urgent renovation job. They told me a price over the phone but charged 20% more when the realised i was to pay with card instead of cash.
The last bin was left in the driveway for 8 weeks which blocked the access to the property. I had to get a commercial lawyer who encouraged them to remove it within 24 hours.

About $50 per meter over priced, No pickup for 2 months.

Terrible company full of empty promises.
It took over 6 weeks of numerous phone calls to finally get the bin removed from our driveway.
Every phone call ended with we will be there today I grew sick of the hypocrisy.

They either don't know how to run a business or are simply ignorant when it comes to the power of word of mouth.

One word best describes Dirty Harry bin hire .... pathetic . Never deliver on time . Told bin would arrive at 1pm .. Bin didn't arrive until 9:30 pm... Waited 6 days for bin to be taken away... Guy on the phone was a total moron there is no better way to describe the guy.

Oh it's on it's way .. 7 hours later it hadn't arrived
