Nasty owner and phone guy rude and makes promises they never keep. Bin sat for a month on front lawn before they picked up when threatened with legal action. Don't understand how he stays in business with the attitude shown to customers.

DO NOT do business with these guys, they are the worse kind of scum bags!! We ordered and paid for a large bin but got one half the size, when we called to question it the 'manager' abused us and calling us a liar then proceeded to hang up on us each and every time. Like all the comments here we got 'it will be picked up today' then 'maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day, maybe when we feel like it'.. Really disgusting business and people. I repeat STAY AWAY FROM THIS STUPID COMPANY AND THE MORONS THAT RUNS IT.

Did my part and had the bin ready to be picked up on time. Called the company countless times to pick up the bin. Now been in my driveway for 3.5 weeks. They keep telling you that they're going to call the truck drivers, and they will be coming today or maybe even tomorrow. Lies, lies and more lies!! Absolutely fed up with this company. Disgusting attitude from the older man on the phone too. I never swore or threatened him on the phone, and he resorts to telling me that he's going to hang up on me. Do not use this company. Appalling in every way!!!

They drop off a bin that was falling apart. They committed to pick up the bin in 5 days. 2 weeks later the bin still there. Several phone calls made and getting the same answer: 'we r picking up the bin tonight or tomorrow'
Rude managers...
Anyway... a terrible company.
They are going to be out of business soon and I hope they pick up the bin before that happens!

Needed a bin gone by moving day but NO not even after being reassured it would be.

Bins delivered on time and placed in the best possible location. The problem is getting rid of the damn things. 6 weeks later and about 7 calls. The bins are still blocking my driveway. 7 calls with 7 different lie stories about when the bins will be picked up. CAV here I come with a formal complaint.

My mate used them.they took his money knowing fully he lived in Richmond nsw not victoria.they should never had quoted him for a bin.he lost a few hundred dollars.fed him bull everytime he called.never got his money back as promised.never use this company

Paid for a bin. Was meant to be put in the drive way. They dumped it on the nature strip and picked up a bin we already had full in the drive way. Asked them to move the empty one into the driveway as we didn't have a permit and they said they'd come back and do it in an hour or so which they didn't. We didn't fill the bin on the nature strip because they were apparently comibg back. Next day, still no show so I called them to ask when they're coming back to move the bin into the drive way. I was sworn at, abused and hung up on. Some time that evening when we weren't there, the bin was picked up and taken away empty. Absolute crooks! We paid for a bin that we never had the opportunity to even use.

I hired a bin from Dirty Harry's for my grandparents. Absolutely no sense of customer service, manners, respect or honesty!! Called numerous times, got hanged up on, wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Also tried to scam me with bin sizes and pricing!!!! I hesitate to even give this business 1 star because they don't even deserve that! How are they still in business?!?!?! Never been so disappointed with a business in my life -.-

Bin was dropped off before Easter. The person I spoke to advised cost was $450 however when I looked at my statement noticed $465 taken out of my account. I was advised the bin would be collected the day after Easter Tuesday and was still waiting for bin to be collected three weeks later. When I called to ask when bin would be collected I was told the following day. Each day I called, each day I was made false promises. It wasn't until I threatened to call council and the police and miraculously bin was removed. The company was even so childish to throw some of the rubbish that we had out in the bin all over the driveway. Don't ever use this company. They are crooks!!!

Bin was dropped off very late on Saturday evening, when we had hired it for the day. Very rude driver and didn't ask my partner where he wanted the bin placed. Supposed to be collected with 48hr and nothing. Rocked up very late days later after we called them, rude and beligerant drivers. Threw bricks on our driveway and then left the skip. Encounter was so hostile I considered calling the police.

Rude, Rude !!! Person on phone hung up on me condescending and arrogant !!!!!! No manners no customer service, how does one hold onto a business when he treats customers like that !!

Another weekend ruined, after Filthy Harry delivered the wrong size bin with no loading gate, one day late (even though i asked them more than 5 times) They constantly try to bend the laws of mathematics (calling a 3 cubic metre bin a 4.5m)
I will contribute to a special fund if it arises for these Filthy Harry guys, that will teach them *Moral conduct, *Communication skills *Basic mathematics….. so that they can then work out the cubic displacement of where their brain used to be

Booked 3.5m bin in for delivery 28 January 16. Arrives late that day wrong bin. Will deliver correct bin same night. Bin arrives late on 29 January. Pick up 1 February. Decking being delivered and need access to driveway which is dlocked by bin. Ring 2nd,3rd and 4th re bin pick up. Ring again 9 February. Major inconvenience getting decking up driveway. Paid extra to have workers sitting around doing nothing as bin not delivered when required. Extremely poor service.

Worst bin company in Australia, dealt with several bin hire companies and none even compare to this rude, unorganised team they call themselves "Dirty Harry". Bin got picked up after 5 weeks in my driveway and held up demolition and cost me $2,700 bond. Good luck!

Warning warning warning, why didn't I look at the reviews before I ordered a (broken, holes) skip. It took us 3 weeks to get them to come out and pick it up and then we had to ring them all day every hour, they promise one will be out within the hour but believe me I am an old lady but by the time they picked up the skip I was ready for the mental hospital, they are liars, cheats and should not be allowed to run a business if that's what they call it. I would never use them again and I beg you people for your own sanity do not use them it is not worth it. They are the very worst company I have ever dealt with.

My builder booked the bins, yes, Big mistake !! Dropped the bin 11:00 PM at night. Asked them if they can come to pick up the bins, they said yes, and of course did not show up.Hhow could they run such business!!!!

Rude, arrogant, liars. Take your money and lie about when the bins would be collected. Shouldn't be allowed to trade.
