Great Dragon scooter (shipped with a missing brake component) - appalling after-sales service. Multioke phone calls and emails eventually led to their supplier fixing the problem directly with me (at my cost). I politely gave many opportunities for the problem to be resolved. their lack of technical knowledge of the products they sell and apparent lack of concern for customer service means I would not consider being a repeat customer.
Stephen I get the process and have been very patient. Your staff member's communication is the nub of the problem. Your sales staff were great, I just wish the after sales staff could match your professionalism.

I appreciate this, however we don't have a say in how our suppliers conduct their business, my sales staff work for me, the rest is a 3rd party unfortunately....

Read more The issue you are having is not warranty related and our supplier required shipping payment to send the item you requited. Our staff are well trained in the products we sell but we arent as knowledgeable as the companies that design them ie our suppliers. Im sorry you have had a bad experience.
