If its too good to be true, it normally is.

Sold as a quality product, but in my experience, great for the first few months, after which the quality falls massively. Not great customer service, accept there is a fault in writing, but the fault is not big enough for them to consider remediating the issue. Even though they offer 15 years of warranty., what a dishonest marketing when the warranty only covers huge faults. Anything else, your problem......

Why would i purchase a mattress ever year. I expect it to last, at least a few years.

We bought this mattress after getting a recommendation by a friend.
It has been almost a month now, we are quite happy with the mattress, wanted a firm one due to my wife's back issues and love the firm side of it.
The other good thing about it is when one of us moves the other person is not aware of it.
Have already suggested it to a friend who will buy it in the next few months.

Buying a mattress is not a simple purchase. I researched and researched, and then researched some more. I finally decided on Ecosa as a result of their 100-day trial offer, and because I was buying a bed base from them, so knew the mattress would fit well. I ordered a mattress and base in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. Even my grocery shopping doesn't come that quickly! Horrible customer service! Was meant to have next day delivery on bed frame and mattress and have waited nearly 2 weeks. When I got in touch with them they didn't seem to care, just that they'll check with the courier. Then get a text message saying hopefully it will be delivered 3 weeks later! Appalling! And they did not offer any compensation or anything. I will never order from here again, its been a horrible experience. When Koala mess up they offer you solutions or compensation straight away. Go elsewhere.

Bought this mattress as our spring mattress was getting old, super comfortable to lie on, though it did take a week or so to adjust from a spring mattress. Has definitely improved my quality of sleep and has great support from any position.

This has by far been the worst purchase of my entire life. Nothing else comes even remotely close.

This mattress is extremely firm. Even on their softest setting it's comically firm. What's even worse is that after 6 to 12 months of use, the mattress drastically sags in the middle due to your distribution of body weight while lying down over time.

Ecosa advised that the firmness will ease up after a few months of usage. So we thought we'd be fine.

Well, they were right, it did soften up but only in the middle. So now we're sleeping on an incline from the hips up. Waking up with a sore shoulder and lower back every morning. Time to blow another 1 or 2k on a mattress.

My first investment on my self care. My mattress is my fav purchase of 2021. The quality of the Mattress is so good I notice when I wake up o feel fully rested!

Bought the king size mattress and using it for over a month. It’s been amazing with the comfort level. We are using the firm level and even that it giving us a perfect good night sleep.

The matress is perfect. Is adjustable in firmness and we have never had an issue with it. Withholds it's shape and form which is great because my partner is on the larger side and this is the only matress that hasn't worn out within the year

Had it for three years. It’s permanently sagged where my husband and I sleep. I contacted them about it but because it’s not visible by photo they wouldn’t help us. We have to replace it now because it’s causing me pain and yes it was great in the beginning. Problems started after the return period of course.

We’ve been looking for a firm bed that doesn’t end up sagging. This bed has given us the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. Going to purchase the pillow next!

Still going strong after 3 years. No more back pain. The mattress is rock hard without the gel topper though.
The Ecosa gel topper can get warm but you can always add another padded topper to help with that but the gel topper makes the bed extra good.

I bought a mattress and bed base and only the mattress and part of the bed base have been delivered. I've been sleeping on the floor for three nights and no-one can tell me when the remaining parts will be delivered, just that they are waiting to hear back from the courier. Yesterday I was told it would arrive - nothing. And today no-one can give me any updates whatsoever. I was also told I wasn't entitled to a refund because the bed base doesn't have a refund policy. And I don't even have a proper bed!

Rock hard mattress. It’s 3.30 am and I haven’t slept a wink. Worst nights sleep in many years. Tossing and turning trying to get comfortable on a rock. I’ll be returning it right away and buying a proper mattress that doesn’t come in a box. Very disappointed

Ecosa won't honor the refund process during COVID-19, which their competitor Koala is still finding a way to do help their customers. this makes it very risky to purchase Ecosa.

The mattress is so hard I couldn't sleep the whole night. It's kind of like trying to sleep on an elevated floor. But floor is more comfy. Do not buy it

Very comfortable matress. The hardness level setting is quite effective. You can set the level of hardness as per your need. This does not hold any heat and is quite good in quality

We bought this mattress after reading all the positive reviews on how it helps with back issues. We were feeling really positive about it and were excited. This was one of the worst mattress’s we’ve ever had. It is rock hard (even on the softest setting). We persisted and paid another $350 for a gel infused ecosa mattress topper, well that too was a waste of money. It says it keeps you cool etc etc, it makes you so hot when you sleep and provided no comfort on an already rock hard mattress. I am really disappointed, we can barely move when we get up in the morning now.. has made back pain 10 x worse. Avoid at all costs

UPDATE: Contacted Ecosa again. They offered nothing useful and said nothing about a minimum weight. We've ended up paying an extra $400 on two different mattress toppers and took off the fire resistant protector to increase the softness, not to mention chiro, physio and doctor's appointments for our chronic back, shoulder and neck pains.

Unless you like sleeping on a rock AND weigh over a certain amount, don't get this mattress. I don't know how much you need to weigh but somewhere between 60-80kg minimum. My boyfriend and I have had the mattr...

Ordered mattress and pillows on 29th Dec, received the email confirmation from ecosa on that day the order has been shipped. 10 days later, received email from Australia post said my order is getting “prepared”(???)

My partner purchased this mattress for us, the last mattress we had was a gift, so this is the first mattress we've purchased ourselves. It's quite firm, which can be a shock at first if you're used to something softer, however you do get used to it after a couple weeks! The no partner disturbance is a big thing for us, our animals are constantly moving around all night, and on our old mattress this would continuously wake us up, but on the Ecosa mattress we sleep all the way through. This bed was good for 12 months. Then it started to noticeably dip in the areas where we slept. Tried turning it but that only fixed the issue for a short period each time I did that. I also feel like it was a hot bed to sleep in. I have a king bed frame. It has 2 middle metal supporting rails and metal outter frame. Inbetween the metal rails it has timber slates. So I believe the frame is fine and has plenty of structure to hold the mattress. I wouldn't recommend the Ecosa.

When I first got the Ecosa I was quite happy. I enjoyed the firmness. Only 11 months later I noticed the mattress begin to soften too much, 14 months later and i wake up with crippling back pain every morning. I checked the warranty but "softening of the foam" is expected and they won't do a refund/exchange unless you can see a sag. The trick is that the sag is activated by body heat.

If you like a firm mattress this will disappoint and if you don't like a firm mattress there is no point of even starting.

I ordered a new mattress recently but it turned out they have reduced the firmness of mattress. Cutting corners? They’ve decreased ecotex layer has decreased from 4 to 2 cm.
