I love it, can’t live without, perfect for our family
I love how it looks and it’s perfect for our family, I love the fact that the most frequently needed stuff are on the top part of the refrigerator and I don’t have to bent everytime I need something.and I like how the freezer is set up on the bottom with drawers which makes easy to find stuff at the back

Spacious and quiet fridge
It is a quiet fridge, which was important with very light sleepers in the house. But it probably has two times per day where it is slightly louder when defrosting. But it's not an issue for us. Easy to clean. The best part are the multi zone drawers. I thought there would be less space because of the extra drawer but we've found that it is fantastic for smelly foods so they don't permeate the rest of the fridge. The drawers are also exceptional quality, they are on drawer runners, not slots, so easy to pull out and put back.

Appears to live up to its good name
The Fridge is roomy, the freezer is adequate. A very quiet and well designed item. Lights excellent, can see all our food items. No more lost containers going mouldy at the back. Yet to see if it lives up to it's 4.5 star rating. So far a very nice addition to our kitchen space. The shelving adjusts nicely and is easy to move. Bonus was having it delivered with packaging and old fridge taken away.

Pretty good fridge
Super easy to clean and maintain. Love the fridge being on the top and freezer on the bottom I just wish it wasn't drawers in the freezer as they are not big enough when you have done a big shop. It does maintain a good temperature and the freezer freezes pretty quickly. It can be loud but mostly a quiet fridge.

Perfect first fridge
Fantastic fridge! So quiet, fits our space perfectly and well lit upon opening. I really like that all of the shelves on the door are customisable to suit the way you use your fridge. The freezer works with plenty of space. There is no waisted space at all
The bonus is the wine rack :)

It's Freezing
Bought an Electrolux fridge because my old fridge karked it. Keeps food fresh. Cut my electricity bill. It is quiet and easy to clean. It makes ice cubes for my drinks to be cold. I am so happy with it. The best thing is that I have a fridge I can now fit all my food in.

My super Electrolux fridge it's a beauty the best one I have ever had it is just right. I thoroughly
temperature in all compartments, keeps food fresh for days, easy to clean, it alerts you if the door is open and very spacious.LED lights, drawers are easy to open to get food out, I love the compartments in the freezer which has the Ice tray and you can roll it over to tip it in the bucket beneath, this way you never run out of Ice, and it has lots of drawers also, its very quite, & economical to run, I'm over the moon

Very good product as usual!
Bought this fridge in Oct 2016.
It's a very good and stable fridge. Not very energy consuming, quite quiet (only have a bit noise when it boosts up).
It's cold enough and have holiday mode --> energy saving mode when it's not been frequently use.
Shiny and friendly design in the inside, which is very easy to clean and gives you a good environment for storing food and good trust on it to take care of the food's freshness.
Good price, as I bought it when it's on sale in Harvey Norman :)

ents use a fridge of this brand for nearly 10 years and without any single problem, so as my friend has the older model of this one and still in very good condition after 3 years. Highly recommend! And you don't really need to get the extended warranty...which is a waste of money as the fridge is very good quality if you are taking good care of it :)Similar opinion? Love my new fridge
Didn't want silver, thought it would be extra hard to keep clean, but it's actually very easy to clean! Doesn't show up the kids finger prints! It runs quiet, unlike my old fridge. Lots of room in the freezer too. High energy rating so will actually save me money on my electricity bill!

Just right
Needing to downsize from our old 30 year old fridge, we looked at a number of fridges and this ticked all the boxes. Attractive exterior and versatile shelves ( even on the door) that can be moved to suit your needs. Runs very quietly and very efficient. Love the interior temperature screen, great freezer section - keeps everything organised. Easy access for cleaning. Very happy in all aspects.

Great fridge
This is one of the few fridges which has a left hinge on it. The shelves are flexible & I love the quick chill mode & holiday power saving mode. I actually went to HN with the idea of buying a different fridge, but when I saw the fridges side by side and opened the doors and drawers, this fridge felt & looked nicer, and the big handles were easier to open than the other fridge, and the flexible configuration & insulated vegetable drawer were features that I liked.

Quiet and efficient
We are really happy with this fridge. The temperature in all compartments including the crispers is good. The freezer has excellent capacity and the drawers store large volumes well. It is extremely energy efficient, and we have never even noticed its noise. The only annoying thing is that to fully remove the crisper/multizone drawers you need to take the shelves out of the door as even with the door as wide open as it goes, the shelves still sit in the way so cleaning involves taking everything out of the door as well. A slight annoyance in an otherwise excellent product.

Questions & Answers
Glenn M.asked
Why are public questions to Electrolux seemingly being sent to product reviewers to answer? Why do you only have 2 year warranty on your fridges when Australian consumer Law has reasonable expected product life regulations? Most people expect 10 to 15 trouble free years out of a fridge. My fridge failed within the warranty period, but by the time i got back to the store it was outside warranty period and was told as it is now out of warranty we can't help.

Was happy to answer a fellow consumer’s question. Previously had a larger bottom freezer Electrolux fridge which I loved & was trouble free for more than 10 years. Had to move & had to buy smaller fridge. As I had been more than happy with my previous Electrolux bottom mount fridge, decided to buy the same brand. My old fridge I gave to a family member as a second fridge. It is still working well & must be getting up to near 15 years old. Hope this answers your question.
Sorry to hear bout problem with your fridge.
Defrost element has now failed a second time. Food in fridge spoiled a second time. Under four years old. Not happy.

Why has this fridge been replaced
1 answer
Hi Bill, not sure what your question is asking. I did have an Electrolux 519 litre fridge previously which I gave away to my step-daughter to use. I have downsized (due to the fact I was widowed) & am now living in a Retirement Village. My previous fridge (which I was really happy with) did not fit the opening. It has meant I have had to purchase the smaller Electrolux fridge which I am really happy with & the inside layout is more than enough for myself & the dog.
I hope this answers your question.

Do you need a power surge protection for this fridge ???
3 answers
I’m not sure what you mean. I live in an urban area and the fridge works using grid supplied power. I cannot speak for off the grid power. This is a question best directed to the manufacturer.
I live in a building right in the city but every one said you need a power surge protector in case of a power spike because that might blow up the fridge logic board so should I get one or not ?
