my oven works so good until we were cooking Christmas lunch, when the center glass in the door shattered, no one wontts to help,yes they will sell me another one for there is no glass to replace the one that broke, the warranty has ran out but still don't think this should happen to unit that was only 5 years old.
I have sent emails BUT still no reply, must be time to start using other none brands...

The Euro dishwasher is amazing, I purchased the EMDEL15XS and it washes perfectly, dries excellent and it's so quiet. The cutlery drawer is amazing and washes everything, the fast 18 minute JETWASH is great for cleaning coffee and tea cups fast.

I purchased 2 dishwashers a year ago.Both needed control panels replaced immediately. Dishwashers don't wash properly.Sometimes door for detergent doesn't open and clips are constantly coming off on both Dishwashers.

We have a freestanding electric oven/gas cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher and washing machine. Have been using Euro for 2 years in our own home and we have had no problem with any of the products. When the dishwasher arrived it was damaged and they replaced it straight away. We have been using Euro for the past 3 years in our house builds and find they have a great range of products and service.

Quality of the product is important.
Euro have a good range of product. Need to give customers a choice of good, better, best. This also needs to be reflected in the pricing of appliances.

Recently built our dream house and decided to run all black appliances, purchased the entire kitchen, great range and excellent quality. The only issue I had (microwave door dented on install) the guys at Euro assisted me in replacing the unit. Bravo Euro....

We have been dealing with Eurostyle product range for approx 6 years and over this period we have found the product range to be more than reliable and their spare parts are always available and are sold at competitive pricing. We have never had a warranty issue and more importantly the service has been completed in a timely manner.
I have confidence in the products and recommend the brand name to all my clients.

Bought on 2 1/2 years ago. The handles keep slipping off and the door has never closed properly. Continues to frost up and have to turn off power and completely let it thaw. Every second day you have to lie a clean towel beside the fridge to soak up the water that leaks onto the floor. Contacted company and was told clear cut out of warranty.
Could not recommend the product and would certainly never buy another one. Company replaced the door hinges at no cost but that did not resolve the problem and had to pay someone to replace them

We purchased a Euro EFS900 DTSX 90cm freestanding oven with our new build house.
Right from the first few weeks, the clock panel was not working correctly. We had someone come check it, and he replaced the clock, but commented that there’s probably no point, because it would just happen again.
He was right. Less than a few months later, the new one failed.
This means that sometimes in the middle of cooking, the oven turns off (because the faulty clock thinks a timer has ended)
Because of the fault, we cannot use the clock or the timer function.
It’s a great size, the burners are well spaced, and it’s easy to keep clean. It would be perfect if the clock worked.

Really happy with their service, I had an issue with a dishwasher and it was repaired promptly within a week. I don't expect every product to be faultless as I have never had a brand that doesn't break down but it's good to know they fix something when it is faulty.

Euro appliances came with the house I built but after warranty period ended my range hood broke and my oven has a few faults. I now have to pay for a technician to come fix it. My appliances are only 3 years old. Not too happy.

Renovated our entire kitchen using Euro appliances. Not one functions properly and aesthetics are poor. Dishwasher malfunctions constantly, bulb blew in oven straight away, heat element does not work properly, stainless steel covering on front of dishwasher wiped off, labelling in front of oven wiped off!! These products are only 4.5 years old.
Left a message with Euro and call never returned. Called back several times only to be told nothing they can do. Email written and still little care factor.
