The unit is great, I've had no issues with it at all and my dishes come out clean and dry. Installation was easy and straight forward. Can fit a decent amount of dishes in there. Only one minor issue with putting light cups, containers etc is that the water can sometimes tip them right side up and ends up full of dishwashing water so have to rewash them. I've learnt to anchor them down with other dishes and that works fine. Apart from that, it's great. Not that noisy, pretty standard I would say. Good, affordable unit.

We have had a very poor experience with this model. It faulted within two months. The unit was replaced under warranty, as the required part was out of stock. Then the warranty replacement faulted with the same issue within the next six weeks.

To Euromaid's credit - we have now received a refund / in-store credit. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing a Euromaid after this experience. But well done to the customer service team that went through the efforts to help us be able to now purchase a different dishwasher model altogether.

Out performs previous dishwasher at half the price. Top rack has slightly different stacking arrangement that took a bit of getting used to for wine glasses. Works fine for beer glasses. Is Euromaid trying to tell me something?

Delivery was quick, which was appreciated because the previous dishwasher died without warning and was just out of warranty.

Worked for the first 2 washes, then completely stopped. Even the first two washes, it didn't dry the dishes at all.
Total waste of money!!!! Still waiting for it to be looked at for repair. Wish I could just get my money back as I know this is going to just be a headache appliance.

Piece of crap. Service when you have a complaint is non existent. Have spoken to someone twice and waiting for a call back. It is to the point that I don't want this piece of crap. Just give me my money back. Oh by the way. It's only a couple of weeks old!! I will keep putting honest reviews on here until something is done and I am rid of this lemon.

Amazing dishwasher for the price doesn't make any noise when washing, I personally love the 30min wash it's quick and does the job well. Am still trying to figure out why the rinse aid light is still red even after l put some rinse aid in. All in all great buy value for money.

I find this dishwasher, when on the quick wash and economic option doesn't dry the dishes as well as I would like and the plastic containers need to be dried with a tea towel however that is generally standard with dishwashers these days. lt uses very little water however so the benefits out weigh the draw backs in my opinion.

The old dishwasher died in our investment property. we wanted something durable, well priced and that would last longer in our investment property. Tenants really use the appliances a lot and don't always look after them like you would. the reviews were really good for this product and so far so good, no problems and it looks really good in the kitchen

Easily installed. Fits a lot of stuff. Everything comes out clean. If you open it as soon as it's finished some items will still be wet, but this is similar to any dishwasher I've used, including the expensive brands. I'm not overly fussed on the utensil basket as I prefer some open sections but that's a personal thing. It feels a bit "cheap and flimsy" but performs well so no complaints.

I just bought this one more than three months ago. It is as far as good. I haven't get the latest electricity bill, but assume it uses less energy as described. I don't have too many plates and cup to wash everyday, but I feel every time it works very well.

This machine cleans well enough.. Sometimes I have to run it a second time to get it to dry dishes...That sucks...
Very quite, don't hear it running...Can hear TV without having to turn it up..
It does what it is supposed to do in cleaning dishes...Is not good that it sometimes does not dry the dishes and have to run machine a second time..

Bought the Euromaid DR14S about a year ago from Appliances Online after reading reviews. I have not been disappointed. Not as solid as my old machine but it’s still a great dishwasher. Holds more dishes than my old one, which is great. Noise level is average, not the quietest, but also not the noisiest. Overall excellent value for money and recommended!

Does the job of cleaning the dishes all the time. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Can't complain with it. Easy installation and easy to use. I didn't find it that noisy when running and works with all types of powders and tablets. Several wash cycles to use for all your needs.

I'm not familiar with a lot of dishwashers but this one would be of average sound I think. You can hear the water swishing around a bit but it's not annoying or over powering.
I would recommend this dishwasher for someone who is after a no fuss dishwasher that's easy to use and very affordable!

It has been working fine in the last month since I have bought it. Sometimes dishes are not dry as I had expected from the reviews in the past. I am using enough rinse aid so I don't know what else the issue. One strange thing that is happening recently is that when cycle is finished, the "End" light is red which used to be green.

Hi, it's very nice the dishwasher, but it doesn't dry, and all the dishwasher remains wet too. Just purchased it from Morrabbin . Used it only once. We just got it in stalled. It's very quiet,and the only thing concerns me why doesn't it dry . Thank you.

Our rented property has a new dr14 dishwasher. We are having the same problem as some of the other posters, the tablet falls out (without fail) before the start of the cycle (no there doesn't seem to be a fault) and it dries badly, hopefully the dishwasher booster will help.

My dishwasher does not dry dishes at all. The inside of the dishwasher is still wet a week after using.
My favourite feature would be the easiness of using It is quiet which is a good feature The problem with the drying has been since new and I have only used approx 4 times
