The dishwasher isn't letting any water in and just humms, it is brand new and just sounds like its draining. we have checked the filters just in case but theres nothing in there. how can we fix this?

I was having the same experience as "Robert H" above where my DR14S would turn on but would not fill and stayed like that. I was about to call a technician when I saw the tips from others re tipping the machine forward etc.

It worked!! I am now running it through a couple of cycles before I slide it back into position. Many thanks.

My euromaid dr14 has been working perfectly for 18months. Woke up this morning to find it had washed the dishes overnight but was still humming? Now it won’t start a cycle again nor will it stop humming

Hi my Euromaid dishwasher model DW24S constantly heats up unless it is turned off at the Powerpoint. I have put on at bed time and the next morning I have opened the door, it is still hot and steam comes out, not cooling down. I have also turned on Power point and forgotten to put it on wash cycle, opened the door an hour or so later and heat comes out, we hadn't even turned it on.Only connected to coldwater. Could you please advise what could be wrong please? Marika

Hello my dr14s just has the motor sound when I press start but the machine doesn’t actually start . Can you help or let me know who I can contact at Euromaid? thanks .chris

I purchased a DR14S several months ago. As appears to be a common problem, when I turn it on it is not filling with water but just seems to be stuck in wash mode humming away but no water filling the machine. I have checked all hoses as much as I can, which are not kinked. After a delay, I have been able to book a technician. But is this likely to be an on going issue? Does this model have an inherent fault? If so, how do I get a refund?

My DR15S's start button requires pressing multiple times before it will start. Everything else about the machine is perfect, but it always takes about three firm presses for it to start. It's like the button just isn't connecting with the electronics behind it when pushed. We've had the machine six months and it's steadily getting worse. Am I doing something wrong or is the button faulty?

Machine does not operate, motor seems to doing something but lights are flashing and nothing happening?

We have just bought the euromaid DR14S dishwasher. It all works well except the kicker at the bottom keeps coming off. Everytime we click it in, it becomes unattached as soon as the door is open fully. It was like this at installation. Is this a fault with our new machine? It’s very annoying. Thanks!

The Euromaid Dr14s Dishwasher's detergent dispenser does not seem to stay closed at the beginning of a cycle. The tablet falls out of the dispenser before the cycle starts. After several times opening and putting it back, is somethings works otherwise I put the tablet on the top rack. Any solution to this please? not sure on age of machine, this is a rental property and I have just recently moved in.

I have just purchased a Euromaid EBM14S but it didnt come with an installation guide. I can get tthe usual connections through the old hole in the side of the cupboard, but cant get the aquasafe system through. It looks llike it could disconnect at the base of the DW, but I dont want to void the warranty by doing something wrong. Does anyone have any ideas? I've searched onlline to no avail.

Help!!! I bought on of these 2 weeks ago. First the water wouldn't go into the machine. It worked eventually but then wouldn't drain. Had it replaced. The new one worked beautifully for 3 washes but has now stopped draining again. I am so over this...it's doing my head in. Any help would be appreciated?

Yesterday at the end of the cycle the water didn't drain out of the bottom of the machine. this morning when I turned it on it just makes a humming noise and it doesn't start the wash cycle. Any ideas?

Hi, our 8 month old DR14s didn't drain properly yesterday so I ran a pre-wash. During this it drained completely but now when I try to run it (on any program) the machine just sounds like it is still trying to drain & does not start the wash function (eg no water enters the machine). I have cleaned the filters & cannot see any water remaining in the base of the machine, any ideas?
