Excellent value for money
Still early days but quite impressed with the quality and comfort. We used to bounce about and wake up with our old expensive mattress. That no longer happens. It's great.

Wonderfully comfortable especially for us with dodgy backs
No more rolling off the side of the bed or being jiggled around when your partner turns over. This mattress was quite firm but super comfortable right from the first sleep. The ordering process and prompt delivery was great to see, and the mattress was easy to install. The only criticism is the extra height compared to our old mattress. Overall, I'd certainly recommend EVA to anybody who is considering a new mattress and with the 120 day money back return offer you can't go wrong

Fantastic
This was our first mattress-in-a-box purchase and we weren't disappointed. Eva mattresses were well reviewed and were happy we made the choice to purchase from Eva. Everything as described - firmness, support, comfort and no partner disturbance. Would recommend to others looking for this type of mattress. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before reviewing, but there was little adjustment from our previous mattress and we are sleeping very comfortably. Nice work guys.

Finally sleeping
Buying a mattress in a box was a bit daunting at first, but after the last 3 weeks im so glad I did. My Eva mattress was quite firm in the beginning but has settled quite nicely, it's still reasonably firm but very comfortable and supportive. Its nice to finally wake up without the aches and pains that i have experienced over the last few years.

Take your money, then tell you they don't have stock !!!!
Will make complaint to ACCC. You have a sale, accept an order, take the money and then ring to say you didn't realise how well the sale would do and have not only run out of mattresses, but the free sheet set (colour) as well. 2 weeks later and mattress stock has arrived but have backlog and don't know when can deliver. Cancelled the order and quite disgusted as the savings we could have made from other companies during the Black Friday sale are now not available. Dishonest and incredibly poor service, it appears I am not the only one with this summation.

I can understand your frustration and disappointment in not being able to receive the sheet set colour of your choice. As this was a free item included with your purchase, we did outline in our terms and conditions of the sale that this free item promotion was subject to availability and was of a limited quantity only. I understand that you were offered to choose from three other colours of your choice instead, or a duvet set in your preferred colour. Our King mattresses were sadly out of stock in your state at the time of purchase. Due to recent bushfires, the freight containing our stock was held in transit, creating unforeseen further delays for our customers. This was extremely unfortunate and we’re very sorry for this inconvenience. We respected the fact that customers may have needed their mattresses urgently. We offered cancellations and refunds to customers at our first point of contact with them regarding the delays in case they needed to make alternative arrangements. g to make this somehow look like my fault by not accepting alternatives to what you offered and I paid for in good faith. If your terms and conditions that I don't recall seeing on my invoice stated this (quite happy to publish the order/invoice etc. and maybe you can show me where these so called terms and conditions are?) It would appear you believe false advertising is acceptable behaviour as long as you include a waiver or apologise? In one of your previous emails to me you noted 'you knew you would sell out of certain colours' yet you still knowingly took orders after running out! You advertised, took money etc. knowing you may not be able to supply as promised, its that simple, now you say sorry and try and make this look like I am being unreasonable, or you are innocent victims to unfortunate circumstances, it just insulting! 'We respected the fact that customers may have needed their mattresses urgently'. Out of the blue- unexpected 100% quality service.
Ok, so to summarise, I bought my Eva QS mattress a year ago, and wrote a review at the time, impressed with the service. It was too soon for a true verdict on the comfort of the mattress.
One year later in Aug-September 2022, I wrote an update on the mattress being too hard and causing me so much pain sleeping on it and how Id come to hate the mattress but couldnt afford to replace it.

I was so impressed with this unexpected level of service and the bonus is, it has eased my pain sleeping. Thank you EVA. Ive just read a lot of recent reviews about a $1 mattress sale and customers angry at Eva for a perceived scam, but this hasnt been my experience at all.

Eva's Customer Service is Second to Non
My review is about Eva Mattress's customer service
I bought a queen size Eva mattress on 23/10/2019.
I had a delivery issue after I bought it and I had the good fortune of dealing with Kaya. The information hadn't gone to the transport company and the mattress didn't get delivered on the specified day. Kaya went out of her way to make sure it was delivered the day after and personally took responsibility. She also offered me a $150 refund and a $50 voucher of my choice for their blunder! om businesses these days. You don't get that from many businesses without making a loud complaint. After receiving such great customer service from Kaya, I really hoped and wanted the mattress to be comfortable for my partner and myself. From the first night's sleep we felt it was a little firmer than the mattresses we have slept on previously but wanted to give it a fair go and sleep on it for the minimum 30 day trial. Unfortunately after the 30 days the firmness didn't get softer. I emailed Eva about it and Kaya replied back suggesting they send a mattress topper for free which should make the mattress softer. As the mattress is already 32cm high, the topper was going to add another 5cm to that. My partner being short in stature said it will make it difficult for her to get on the mattress. So I kindly asked Kaya for a refund. She was very understanding and without hesitation she said she'll organise for the mattress to be picked up by The Salvation Army and they'll contact me soon. The following day I received the email from The Salvos confirming a pickup day and time in 2 weeks. Once the mattress was picked up by The Salvos crew, I got an email from Eva the next day confirming my refund. The whole experience from buying the mattress from Eva to getting the refund was smooth and faultless. Although their mattress was not for us, I cannot recommend Eva highly enough for anyone who'd like a mattress with a medium firm feel. Their mattress is of very high quality and for the price they charge it is of great value. It's just unfortunate that we were not 100% comfortable on it. Thank you Eva and especially to Kaya and we will definitely be recommending your mattress to everyone we know that likes a medium feel :)Purchased in October 2021 for $750.00.

So impressed!
We thought it was finally time to invest in a decent mattress for our teenage son, but were nervous about a 'mattress in a box'. However, a sale made the price too good to overlook & we are so glad we didn't! Incredibly speedy delivery & our son has never slept better - he loves it. Now his younger brother wants an Eva Mattress, too!

Great mattress!
We have had our Eva mattress for almost two weeks now and love it. If you are after a firm, but not rock hard mattress, Eva is the way to go. I also love that it is an Australian owned and made product and even better, for every 10 mattresses Eva sells they donate one to charity.

Two comfortable Eva single mattresses were a valuable addition to our motorhome. Now that we have disposed of this vehicle they are still supportive and durable whilst being used on other brand bases in our daughter's apartment unit.

Eva advertises a sale and didnt honour it. Check their Facebook page to see all the people they have let down.
If their mattresses are half as good as their scams then they must be amazing.
They dont answer phone calls, emails or Facebook messages.
Avoid like the plague

Misleading, unethical company.
Misleading customers. Deleting comments from their social media to hide the true facts. I presume they've recorded everyone's details from the checkout phase, then will on sell or spam email more "sales" to us.

Bait and switch scam
I was also affected by the $1 frenzy sale scam. Like all the others I had my order set up, delivery date/time and location already selected and ready to go right on the 7pm AEST dot. The code was approved and the order reduced to $1 with free shipping. I went to process the payment via PayPal, but instead of being redirected I was told there were no shipping options available... when I had selected from 10 or so options just minutes before placing the order. I live in Brisbane metro. Their T&Cs specify they deliver Australia wide.

fter I refreshed the code was no longer valid for the product in my cart. I went to their Facebook page to see what was going on, to be met with hundreds of other people experiencing the same issue as myself. EVA was deleting negative comments and posts on their wall. They took down the original promotional post so all evidence there is lost save for a few screenshots some people had saved. They also deleted all of their negative Google reviews overnight, so Ive come here instead. They have ignored all my messages and those of many affected.

Best Mattress
My partner and I were so sceptical about this whole box mattress craze.
Bought back in May and absolutely love it. The whole experience was fantastic even the delivery guys were great.
We set up in the afternoon let rise for a good 4hrs. But noticed that it really came to full hight within 3 days. Neither of us wake up stiff or sore. Ive never done a review but this product really surprised me with the quality and comfort.

Dishonest and misleading company STAY AWAY!
I am one of the people who managed to score a $1 mattress, upon checking out the website suddenly stated that my shipping info is unavailable.
As you can see I am not the only who wasted their time.
I might've actually bought one if they sent me athat mattress.

Scammers!
Apparently this was a 'sale' however when we went online we made sure had everyone in the house was trying to help get a $1 mattress! then the code stopped working within 1 second of being applied they then reverted everyone who has either managed to par for the mattress for $1 and money taken but no sale actually processed or those who were like us in the line sent back to the second sale where the price went back up to $750. s company during this so called flash 'sale'. People like myself could not even get through the checkout let alone use the code. The sale was me at to be from 7pm aest 12/11/19 to 7pm aest 13/11/19 but only 3 people got a mattress and those three were staff.
