Used twice, on second occasion the dials for heating control got so hot, burnt my hands and two out of the four have come off completely as the glue is melting, hot plate rusting all ready one week old. Booked in for service engineer, cancelled on day of appointment, so have no bbq and no idea when or if it will get looked at, let alone fixed. Currently seeking refund.

Melts, not good for a bbq

Great finish, excellent height. This is by far the best BBQ I have owned. It does take a little time to assemble buy anyone with reading abilities should find it quite straight forward, just follow the assembly instructions and all is good. I cook on it all the time as any meat we have to cook I use the BBQ and this one is up to every task so far. Even doing a roast with the hood closed was great. Just make sure you follow instructions and you will have many years of great cooking.
Height, Finish, everything really...its the best by far. Cooks superbly. Easy to clean and keep clean
The warming rack is a little low for tossing over meat at the back of the plates but I ma not a short person so maybe its just me.

Just got one and very happy. Looks good. Solid build (once u put it together) and great heat. Hood closes nicely and overall feels good.
