Got a quote from evolution solar to replace solar inverter - got quote and in the conditions it was stated that if the replacement inverter was unsuitable a refund would be given less the call out fee - My issue is that if they are so focused on service ( as their ad says) then would they check first to ensure the the replacement would be suitable?! I am not paying someone a call out fee when they should know what to install - not impressed! Went with another quote - half the price with a mid range inverter - working fine.
