Satisfied with the service they provided end to end. There was no hassle.
Installation was smooth. There was some delay but I was told that was because of the COVID-19 issue. The price I felt was a bit high for the configuration I chose. Got good reviews from others before going with them. Overall satisfied with the service and the company till now.

Consistent contact prior to paying money then next to no contact after. Was lied to on numerous occasions regarding approval and install. The installation team broke roof tiles where they were walking then expected me to pay for new ones. They left rubbish and bits and pieces all over my roof without any tidy up.
Would not recommend to anyone.

The system was installed in one day and I was pleased with the swift execution of the whole deal from my first contact with Arise Solar to completion. The contractors were polite and they cleaned up everything afterwards.

initial purchase was very simple and quick and follow ups were efficient.

Final paperwork was presented to energy supplier as promised.

Took quite a while for the company to complete the installation. The company forwarded the solar details to the electricity only after receiving the complete invoice payment. They need to be more professional and trust their customers.

All went well with the first phone call to the final work on site. They came when they said and carried out the work in a timely and professional manner.

Due to Christmas, the installation took a little longer than we would have liked, and the installation of our inverter took too long. All in all we have no problems with Arise, staff were very friendly, professional and sympathetic to the delay. I would be happy to recommend Arise to anyone interested in installing solar panels

From the beginning to the end Arise Solar were great to deal with. Responded to me quickly and installation went well. Original install date was changed but I think it was because it was of 40 degrees that day. In any case they kept me informed. Solar panels so far are getting great results.

Dealing with the company was good. They did the paperworks very fast. They did what they have promised. But, unfortunately the behaviour of the panel installer/electrician was not comfortable. Thanks.

I chose Arise Solar as a friend referred me . I had no issues with the customer service from initial calls, there was a slight delay in processing but that was the hold up from the electricity company of about 2 weeks . I was contacted by a local Installer ( Adelaide area) who was on time and helpful, fast and seamless install.

The solar panels were installed and activated 2 weeks later. Once again the 2 week delay was from the electricity company who installed a new meter box for me .
so far no issues and have had 2 calls from arise solar with follow up to ensure everything was okay

We choose Arise Solar from a host of other providers based on the quality of their systems, their availability nationwide and a competitive costing. It was easy to organise with the helpful staff able to answer questions readily. The only drawback is that they couldn't control the weather for the installer. After three attempts we finally got the setup installed and working well. There was ample follow up about the installation and efficiency. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

After purchasing the 6.6kw package from Arise solar a was fairly happy untill i had to get the smart meter put on i was told this would be free but to my suprice i was charged $600 for it. i have not found any saving in the solar so far and wish i did not spend so much money on this rubbish. Do your self a favour and skip solar nothing good in it, trust me. 848425 is my number i was aske to leave a review as well so here it is

We got told 2 5kw inverters would be fine for our new solar system then on the day of installation we got told that we should have gotten a 10kw Inverter however when the 10kw inverter came so did an extra $700 bill in which we got told we had to pay as the finance had already been paid ...It also took 3 Months for the Solar Credits to come through.. Would Never Recommend Them To Anybody,
Now we get told if we don’t pay the $700 we have No Warranty and they I’ll take legal action,, So BEWARE OF ARISE SOLAR

not here when installed- no issues as yet happy with company. there was about a two week delay for the installation due to a delay in getting the panels [damm covid19] but all that was resolved.

Took some time to get started due to wrong meter box but after that they rushed to get it done and Looks good. Haven't received an electricity bill yet so can't see the difference. But I'm hoping for a massive improvement to the bills :)
