We were informed of the progress from the beginning to the end. No complain. Everything is up and running. Haven't got the first electricity bill yet but from what we have seen the system is working.

From day one we have had nothing other than a first class experience dealing with arise solar. From Roger in sales so very helpful to a few other inquiries from the team nothing but first class and timely responses. The team of installers A.E Elecrtical from Kunda Park on the Sunshine coast in qld. were absolutely brilliant. Fast and efficient and it was easy to see their high level of expertise.
I would highly recommend Arise Solar if you looking for Solar.

System installed in November 2022. First energy bill post installation arrived February 2020 and there is no solar being sold back to grid. Have tried multiple times by email and messages left for someone to call us to fix this issue since but getting nowhere - no one seems to know how to reply to emails or phone messages left. Their phone operators are unable to speak in understandable English.

Despite the installation date being changed I was kept up to date with installation times and the service was good. The workers on site left the site with some of the older solar system scattered around the house which I thought was included in the extra charge.

After initially agreeing on the best value for money product I could find in this competitive market, Arise were respective of my needs and organised their extremely professional install team to come fit the three phase system in what must have been a difficult scenario. Well done Arise - great communication and support. Five star service!

The instal was completed in a satisfactory manner and on time instal was delays by bad weather with heavy rain over several weeks Shaun and Ken installed the panel in a professional manner leaving the site clean and tidy

Very happy with our solar. It has dropped our bill dramatically and saving us $800-$1000 a quarter. Very good quality and happy with the product. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Project#859438 From start to finish the whole process was fairly straight forward.
Everything was actioned as scheduled and workmanship was of a high standard.
System is running good (just need to make the clouds/rain stay away ;-) )

The installers are friendly and willing to explain my queries bit by bit. I will recommend Arise Solar to my friends. And they really response to my email promptly. good job.

Havent even showed up for the quote. Phone staff very unhelpful and make excuses rather than investigate where the sales rep is. If this is my introduction to this company then i am staying well clear!!

I pay the deposit end of December, was promised installation for late January maybe first week of February.
Nobody contacted me, when I called them in February they said that will happen end of the month more likely first week of March, Nobody contacted me again then I called the 10/03/20 when I was told installation would be 17/03 but 11/03 they call me back to say it couldn’t be done by 17/03 maybe end of the month more likely first week of April!!!!!
They going to call me today and depending on what they say I will be canceling.
If you don’t care how long they going to make you wait go for it but don’t trust in what they say, who knows what else they are lying about...

Everything was installed properly, they left the place clean and tidy they ran through the operations of solar inverter. The installation itself was a long process but all good, pretty happy with the outcome.
