This company was knowledgable and professional from my initial enquiry until completion. My experience was flawless from start to finish. Excellent before and after install service
I have no hesitation in recommending SMA. I got quotes from three companies, but they were the only ones to actually send someone out to talk to me and take a look at our house. They offered a variety of options and were happy to tailor them to my requirements. They kept me informed throughout the process about where we were up to, turned up when they said they would, and were always helpful.
Also, even after they install was complete and their part of the work was done, they were happy to still respond to questions via phone and email.

Very pleased with their pre-sales and installation service
I like the flexible plan they have offered based on my budget (I am dealing with Daniel Kim, he is a great and knowledgable solar expert). The waiting for distribution's approval took a fair bit of time (around 2 weeks) but the installation is quick and solid. The electrician team (Duan) came over to install my solar are very polite and very receptive to my suggestion as to where the inverter and panel should be installed. Despite a little hiccup during the meter change request with my electricity service provider (Origin), I have still very happy with the instant response from SEA whenever i am asking for post-sales assistance either via phone or email. All in all, I am very pleased that I picked SEA as my solar vendor. The best decision I ever made.
After many months of research I came to the conclusion that Smart energy answers was the company to go with.
From the begging meting with one of there consultants [ Ali Beydoun ] every thing was explained to detail
if I was not sure of something he would explain it again.
I have had fitted 9.36 kw system with back battery. 27 LG Star Performer panels. LG 9.8kw battery.
and 2x 5kw Solar Edge inverters.
The whole experience from start to finish was completed with absolutely no worries.

Excellent.
I found the whole area of solar panels daunting!- what would be the best solution for me? Everything was explained - I still took my time but finally decided to go ahead with SEA. Installation assistance
A daunting level of technical information to swim through for anyone trying to navigate through getting solar panels, including which company to trust. This company had excellent pre-sales communication. The Installers left before I returned from work but I did eventually get assistance in setting up the emberpulse monitor from Ember Pulse directly, thanks Lana and numerous follow up calls from Sam at Smart Energy Answers. Both were polite, helpful and informative with lots of offers to contact them both personally which was very reassuring.

I had 15 x LG 350 panels and the Solaredge inverter with optimisers installed in Eastern suburbs Victoria. I cannot recommend SEA highly enough for their responsiveness to queries, professional services and a hassle-free, expedient process for solar installation. Fantastic service and advice
I approached the purchase of solar panels with trepidation, but my experience of dealing with SEA was amazing from start to finish. I got great advice re system size and positioning. Everything went exactly as planned and everything was communicated well, so I knew what to expect the whole way. On the day of installation, the technicians were friendly and consultative the whole way. They had to split installation across 2 buildings, but managed to make a tricky installation very neat. Really impressed...

Quality service and result all through.
Great outcome. Open honest discussion and planning from the first contact to final installation. It seems quality product and outcome is priority. Our site is tricky with shade etc but it was carefully evaluated using satellite imagery and likely performance clearly spelt out. Installation workmanship faultless. Communication and follow up has been timely, helpful and effective, right down to organising metering with our power provider. We have not had to do anything other than provide authorisation.
A professional and easy operation from go to woe.
