What is your process time in sending your electrician to inspect when you have a faulty inverter system just recently installed not even a month old?

Arise has quoted me for Suntech Mono Panels with Growatt inverter, can someone please advise if they have this installed at their place and also provide a performance review please.

I am still looking at what is the best way to get a reliable Solar PV system in Melbourne that does not cost an arm and a leg. Still trying to work out who are the retailers that can provide a Provider statement in the format accepted by Solar Victoria to qualify for the rebate before committing to an order. I sent an online form to Arise Solar but have not heard back even after 3 weeks. Must be busy with installations or don't want to commit to the process in Victoria considering they seem to operate nationally. Same issue with other retailers who give glossy attractive ads with super discounts.

What are the different types, quality and cost of the invertors available for the 6.6 kw system

It's been over 2 months since the solar system is installed. And it is coming up to 5 months that Dan sold me the Solar Panels and I'm still waiting on the paperwork below.

I was promised several times that it will send to me but it is coming up to xmas and I still havent recieved anything.

Who should I escalate this to??

Is Arise Solar previously known or associated with Euro Solar?

Could you kindly tell me if the system I choose to install is say of solar output of only 2KW and lets say the full price I was quoted and paid is $ 4450, would I get the full 50% rebate of $ 2225 or would the rebate be reduced. If so, how much would it be reduced? Could you kindly clarify the logic and math involved

Why have l received a receipt of payment and why haven’t l been told if the inspector came to give all clear about job that was done and that we feeding into grid as l email the your company had no response so far

Do you send a copy of proof that you have Business Insurance & Public Liability for Installing Panels, Certificate of Electrical Licence & a current Work Cover Certificate from your Installers with your quotes?

Does the deal advertised include everything or are there any hidden costs, like extra for battery storage, night rate on hot water system, wiring from inverter to meter box, black box incase of power outages??

How much for a meter upgrade??

Will someone come to look at where i have to have the panels installed??

My next door neighbours panel are on my roof, but they do not work, will it cost me extra to have them removed & can you use the brackets that are already on garage roof??
