Hello i applied for this solar services from 3p Solar.They have been good right from start till the end... They were prompt with the response and clarified all my queries ..Thanks to all people invovled.

The process was lengthy from initial phone enquire to Installation. Now that I have the panels on my roof, I am happy and look forward to the potential saving once is have confirmation my energy provider has the required paperwork. My feedback would be to have improved instruction on the Solis app. The after service from Albert was amazing.

They take your money then you dont hear from them they dont finish the paper work so you are left hanging without connection to the power grid yet telling you they have submitt it

Everything about this installation was perfect. The design was just as I would have had it if designed by me. Two thirds of the panels facing north, the balance facing east. The installers were delightful young gentlemen and on the same day the inspector was here who was also extremely pleasant. Faultless.

Zara did a great job to guide me through the process to set up online monitoring of my system. She was patient and knew how the system works. Good customer service.

They gave me an excellent deal. The service was excellent. They were prompt and quite friendly. Installation team was great. The company was very quick in organising the installation process. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Had trouble connecting to wifi monitoring, the doggle was faulty and they sent me a replacement one. In relation to guiding us how to connect wifi to our smart phone spoke to Albert who was very patient with us . We eventually got our wifi working thanks to Albert and his professionalism and patience. A quick run down was also given and a better understanding of how to read the information on the devices was understood. A very big Thankyou Albert and when you are in the area your welcome for drinks!!

it has been a pleasure dealing with Luke from 3P Solar to have the system installed, he was very professional and offered all information in regards to, installation, equipment and anything else we had questions about.
The company that did the install, Westwire electrics, who staff were very polite, professional in everyway.
The installation looks great, just waiting on the electrical inspector to sign off, and then we can have the system turned on.
I can highly recommend both companies, for their professionalism, understanding, and the work that they carried out.

My system from 3p Solar has just gone up but not yet commissioned and I was having issues connection the wifi so contacted customer service. Zara was great and worked through the problem with me. Havent had time to check it out having been away but I'm confident if I still cant connect Zara will put up with me again to resolve it.

3p solar have been easy to deal with and the phone call talked me through the wifi set up process quickly and clearly. Thanks for the quick and tidy install.

I rang 3P solar for a quote since then I had the system installed and it is working well. I was kept informed about the process, I am now getting about 26Kw on a sunny day, sometimes more.
