Beautiful new oven installed during renovations but the noise of the fan is driving us nuts its so loud
This surely cannot be right, can anybody help. We have an open plan kitchen lounge area and we cannot hear the tv or radio.

After spending months deciding between the new ovens with steam, microwave etc, I decided on my Falcon because of the classic look and the double ovens. This is a solid piece of equipment. The ovens are both quick to heat up and cook true to recipe times and temperatures. The gas hob is easy to light up and the 5 burners efficient. The sales process was handled through Andico and everyone there was very efficient and happy to assist. Delivery was exactly as they promised. The brand comes at a premium price but at this time I feel I have received exactly what I expected for the price I paid.

I love this cooker! I am an avid baker and I have consistently produced beautiful baked goods, which cook on average 10 minutes quicker than my old oven. This cooker heats up really quickly, plus the browning control function is a perfect addition and well worth mastering in order to achieve glorious colour and added crunch.

I love the look of this stove. I like most things about it. BUT the fan comes on as soon as you turn the oven on and it is very NOISY. I find it very annoying. It's a loud metallic sound, like there is no insulation around the housing. Today I'm trying to set my quince paste on the lowest temperature possible, which takes a few hours, but I just can't stand the constant noise. It drowns out the radio. Very disappointing in what would otherwise seem like a good quality product. For the price I paid, it should be better than this.
