Thanks to the team at Gold Coast Family rentals. I wanted to invest with a local firm and they didn’t disappoint! They collected us from our hotel and even alerted us to an accident on the highway which could have resulted in us missing our plane back to Sydney. Our bond was refunded promptly and the whole team were lovely. Highly recommend them!

I have used family car rentals on a number of occasions over the last ten year but this is my first review. The fact I have hired vehicles from this business on multiple occasions reflects a high level of customer experience and satisfaction. The key benefits include

-Vehicles which, while 5-10 years old, are clean and reliable and
- most importantly, great value for money!!!

Hired an 8 seater van for 9 days! Vehicle was great, service was excellent! Picked up and dropped off to the airport in good time. Car seats fitted for all the children! Can't fault this company and would definitely use them again!

We have just finished up our first family holiday and hired a Kia carnival through Gold Coast family car rentals and they were absolutely brilliant, waiting at the airport for our arrival on time, easy and friendly service to pick up the car guys there helped with luggage car was in great clean condition with everything working perfectly and prompt delivery of the family back the the airport in time for flight home there hire rates were great also could not be happier with the service price and evertthing they had to offer would definitely use and recommend these guys for future.

The car was well cleaned. Any previous damages was outlined in the paperwork as i had to receive the after hours due to my late flight .
They were the cheapest I tell you. Even their insurance was the cheapest quote as I was under 25.
Very friendly staff. I had no trouble with the car at all.
The staff easily accommodated my late timings to and from airport.
I would recommend them to everyone.

Have to say it was as easy as 1,2,3. Booking, airport transfer, car collection. Driver was at the airport waiting, Rick was super friendly and very informative. We even took up a couple of his suggestions and were not disappointed at all. Kaye and Annie in the office have great Customer Service and were happy to help with anything. We upgraded a week before to make the kids more comfortable. No change was to big and no hesitation at all. Would absolutely recommend to hire from here

Have used Family Car Rentals on several occasions and have always found them to be friendly and courteous. Easy booking service and the cars have been first class. The pick up service from the airports is fantastic.

Big clean car, included 3 baby seats for free. Just a disagreement with one of the workers when going to drop off the car but other than that cheap prices.

If you enjoy being yelled at and belittled, then rent from Gold Coast Family Car Rentals.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. The man who answered was, arrogant, condescending and passive aggressive and needs to re evaluate his attitude and customer service towards WILLING & ABLE CUSTOMERS.

Even the mere phone call with this man has made me and my partner EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the way we were treated. His questions towards us felt more like an interrogation, and when our answers were not what he wanted to hear (because we are 19 years of age), he told us in a DISGUSTING TONE that he was not going to help us.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received from any company.

They were very easy to book with, the service was very kind, the car was exactly what I needed, I would recommend them to everyone, so cheap, but goood quality.

Easy to book, over the phone customer service was OK. However as a result of my brother finding out that I had Alzheimer's I gave them two days notice to cancel but they did not refund any of my booking fee.
