I purchased 2 item's (rash vests) from them back in April and they were too small and sent them back for exchange. This process took about 2 month's then when l finally got the return package there was only 1 in it. I am still waiting for my second vest to arrive after many emails to them. There is no customer service, you will be ignored as it's been about 5 months now. Give these people a wide berth, you are better off just going to your local surf shop.

I should have researched their online reviews, before purchasing online.

Surprisingly, my order actually arrived, in three different shipments at three postage costs. Delivery took 2-3 times longer than their estimated time frame.

Website product description was inaccurate, but they refused exchange. Also expects customer to pay for return delivery and re-ordering the product.
Faulty items enquiry gets ignored despite several emails. My product should have been binned, rather than sold as it was completely unusable and likely a several yea...

My order was never received. Emailed them on numerous occasions enquiring on status of my order and got falsified information. Do not buy from this company.

They did nothing to process delivery for two weeks, and when I asked to cancel (I needed it quicker so got it from somewhere else), they said nope. Also, can't speak to anyone for support, email only. They will only talk to you if you want to buy something, after that it's all email contact outsourced to what appears to be an off-shore support centre. They are an old fashioned 'buyer beware' kind of fit-out. Stay away.

Edit 6 weeks after order: had to dispute transaction with PayPal who resolved the matter in my favour and forced a refund. I would recommend that anyone in my situation (there seems to be plenty judging by the recent reviews) do the same.

Ordered a gas burner with grill.
Paid for 25th July and order accepted.
Despatch was stated as within 3 working days.
Sent email on 3rd day asking when dispatch was due.
Email back (after 2 days) saying item was not due for dispatch until the 5th day. (Which was this day).
Another Email received on Sat referring me to their website and that I would receive the item within 14 days of my original order.(??)
Item still not despatched by COB on Tues (Seven working days). Raised case with PayPal.
Today (Thurs) got email saying money had been paid back to my PayPal account.

Reading all the feedback....

I paid for product over a month ago and have yet to receive it.
I have sent three email, made 3 phone calls ...None of which successfully allowed me to speak to a human and raised a complaint ....all of which have been ignored save for the first email which apologies for not sending product ( claiming covid19 excuses...bu....it) and it would be on its way shortly...well it isn't and further attempts to contact are being ignored. I will now go back to paypal and demand a refund...find sports are hapless dont buy from this crowd

6/8/2021 Update...

Place the order for a punch bag bracket 2 weeks ago, have been asking for updates and they advised it was ready for dispatch.
Asked for an update today only to be told it’s been lost in the post. Genuinely what gets lost in the post these days. In the time it’s taken for them to provide this final update, I’ve received a parcel from China and a parcel from Thailand, yet a parcel from Melbourne gets lost. Supposed to provide a full refund, am not holding my breath

I purchased a wetsuit and 1week later was told it was lost in transit and they didn't have a replacement. I was offered a refund?? 6 weeks later and still no refund.

Three weeks since order and payment, still waiting. Would not recommend. No order tracking and no contact from company. Beginning to think I have been scammed.

Make sure you speak to Liz she knows all the products…. The boys dont. I would have walked out with nothing if not for her

Make sure you understand their policies before ordering online. No flexibility whatsoever if you make a mistake ordering. Made a mistake and double ordered, called within 5 minutes to cancel 2nd order. Would not cancel order so now have a $190 credit that I don’t want.

We ordered WHEELS April 18th. We paid to express ship them and we received DECK PLUGS NOT WHEELS last week. I have emailed several times to have this resolved but have had no resolution as of yet.

I brought a pair of goggles for my daughter and paid for postage and the googles are still not shipped and it’s been 14 days.. I have called customer service on two occasions and have been told I’ll be called back and written a email to no reply.. Do not buy from this website!!!

I made an order on the 8th of April for my sons birthday.The website said 3-5 day shipping
I gave them a call on 15/4 they said it was leaving the warehouse and would arrive on 19/4 Didn’t arrive!Called them again and they said it would definitely arrive 20/4 My sons birthday was the next day!No package arrived!!
Very disappointing when you think you allowed enough time and went with this business because they stated 3-5 day shipping

I purchased a wetsuit on the assumption that the label described the product accurately. After a number of e mails outlining my concerns, and then sending the company sets of photographs that they requested on a number of occasions, there was no positive resolution. Their final correspondence was that they were not prepared to do anything! I directly quote from their e mail: "The incorrect tag has been sent with the product which is not relevant to the product that you ordered."

Lots of options and product selection. Found what I wanted. Great customer service, was able to take my time to choose.

Great service and reasonable priced Surf board and wetsuit. Great range of products for surf and snow gear.

Highly recommend! Definitely check it out.
