Finish Quantum (page 5 of 5)

I have tried Quantum finish a few times but find that the capsule does not dissolve completely thus the dishes have to be washed a second time. I am using a Elba dish washer. I find that the classic does a much better peerformance. I am prepare to give it another go if someone can tell me why the tablet of the Quantum does not dissolve. Finish product always clean well with a lot less water. The lemon sparkle I guess is what's making it look bright and beutiful. I have tried other products before but it does not come close to the finish product. So if only i can owrk out a solution to the problem of dissolving I will be the happiest guy in the world.

I have always gone for the cheaper priced dishwashing tablets as they can get quite pricey, but since trying Finish Quantum I will never go back to cheap ones again. Glasses are much more sparkly clean and don't have a nasty smell or taste when using them. I spend less time in the kitchen as I no longer need to go over items to clean missed clean spots as Finish really does finish the job.

Finish quantum tabs clean my dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and glassware effectively. Leaving a sparkle finish. I tried a different brand because it was cheaper and was very disappointed with the results. I have once again restocked my shelf with finish tabs and am very happy with the results. It does cost more than other brands but fortunately there are regular sales at the supermarket.

I have tried these in 3 different brands of dishwashers and usually they don't dissolve or just don't clean well. Things are coated.

In a sense it has done me a favour as the powder is much more efficient and more cost effective.

I honestly feel these tablets are a big marketing con. Powder is pretty much the same and you get many more washes for a fraction of the price.

Don't waste your money.

Doesn't wash well, usually doesn't dissolve, leaves a coating on the dishes and glasses.

I got the Finish Quantum on sale, have never had any problems with using other Finish products but the Quantum out of a 20 packet I've have 10 left and won't be using them anymore. I've tried three times today to get the dishes done. The tablets stay in the dispenser with only part of the plastic dissolved and the detergent stuck to the rest of the plastic. The previous three washes worked fine. What a waste of money and water!!

won't dissolve

Have started using Finish Quantum in my Dishlex dishwasher and am very disapointed with them. I had previously used the Finish tablet's with no problem's. Almost every time I use the Quantum they do not disolve and leave the dishes stained and not clean I will not be using these again.

Didn't disolve

Since using finish quantum I have found a perfumed after taste in cups tainting tea and coffee. I will no longer be using this product. Cups and dishes may be clean and sparkling but I do not enjoy the quantum taste in my tea and coffee. I shall go back to using the previous product that has no perfume.

I have tried many different dishwasher detergents over the years and have been disappointed with the finish!
Recently I tried Finsih Quantum tablets and could not be happier with the finish on my dishes! They are completely clean and dry! Finally a dishwasher detergent that does what it says on the box!

A little expensive

I have a dishlex dishwasher and these tablets are by far the best out of the dishwashing products I have used. Even though they are fairly expensive I think they are worth the money as you don't have to waste time on dishes that weren't cleaned properly. I never get water marks on glasses which I would often find with other products. Only downside is they can be slightly abrasive on china, but I find that with all dishwashing tablets.

I have an asko dishwasher and have always used finished products with out any problems thought i would try quantum and i am having problems with them not dissolving have used 4 so far and no success i make sure everything is dry still no success unsure why this is happening please help. vickie

Having trouble with them not dissolving

I really do lke this product- it has a rinse aid and deep cleanser all in one.The outer wrapper dissolves which is great for me as I have dexterity problems with my hands and sometimes find other wrappers hard to unwrap. Everything comes out super shiney without any streaks.
Lve this product! gets my dishes very clean and sparkly-which my older dshwasher sometimes doesn't do!! I can really see the difference.
They are a bit pricey- so I just use them for when I have heavily soiled pots and pans, using a cheaper brand for a lighter load.
