It's good but not perfect.
It's pretty decent and does it's job well. Never wears out clothes and doesn't make much noise either. The only thing I didn't like is the rubber attachment with the front door which isn't great so take very good care of it and keep it dry when the machine is not working. Keep the machine clean and it's a good steal. I love the digital dial.

Broken within 3 months but customer repair service was superb
Can't complain too much but the machine broke down within 3 months of purchase brand new. The repair was done under warranty and no hassle at all so in all it is a very good customer service. The machine itself is quiet and easy to use. I could also put a cloth drier on top of it.

Great unit.
We recently purchased the WH7560J3. The front loader is very quiet during each cycle. There are a number of good washing options with Everyday our current favourite at a 60 minutes wash. We haven't used the timing feature but like the option. It's a good size for a family of 3 and the clothes have been well washed following each load. Would recommend. Too early to comment on the long term quality of the clothes.

Quiey and water savvy
Quietest washing machine we've ever had. Doesnt use much water either. It's really savvy and I love how it has the quick 30 minutes wash feature. Clothes smell great when coming out from wash. Nice and dry, definitely spins well. We are happy with our washing machine. Cant complain yet.

No issues, very silent, good price
Cleans clothes pretty well even on cold and using the quick 30m setting. My family have used a similar older model without issues for going on 4 years so I hope mine follows suit. Pretty quiet when running, close the laundry door and you can't hear anything. Much better than a top loader which I had previously

SO FAR SO GOOD
Buy it during promotional period and have been using it for the past 1 and half years. Never have any problem so far and QUICK and every day function are the best. Delay start give you opportunity to decide when your load will be washed and completed. Would recommend to friends

not bad to use but some times broken the cloth, do not know why
not bad to use but sometimes broken the cloth, do not know why. I bought a new one from HR, not every time broken the cloth, just some times broken the clothes. I try to find something inside of the washing machine, but nothing. still do not know why sometimes broken clothes.

Good helper
This is my first front loading washing machine. It performs much better than any other ones that I used before. Personally I like using the timing function. It's easy and won't disturb anybody and I can run it during off-peak time. It has 7.5kg capacity and is enough for a family with several kids. The water rating is unbeatable. That's another merit of this model. When I don't know how to choose the wash cycle, it always works with everyday option. Good for lazy people like me.

Quiet, efficient machine
This is a quiet front loading machine. The cycles aren't too long, and the clothes come out clean every time (and without damage), whether we use the everyday cycle or the delicate cycle. It's also very easy to use, and hasn't skipped a beat. Everything we need from a washing machine.

I decided on purchasing this machine for its competitive features.
It’s water rating is amazing, energy rating is amazing, various wash cycles are very handy. Also features a start time delay.
Fastest wash is from 15 mins up to 1.5 hrs for heavier soilage.
I highly recommend this front loader to anyone looking for a great brand, well known in the washing machine world, great value for money and their clothes to come out much cleaner than they went in without a doubt.

I wouldn't spend the money
The washer is quiet but I wouldn't say its much quieter than other cheaper washers on the market.
The machine will try and rebalance the load every time.
So selecting a 30min wash cycle means nothing. The rebalancing can cause the cycle to run over time by up to 45 minutes.
It will also slow down the spin cycle so you don't actually know how fast it is spinning even if you select the highest speed.
The previous model was faulty and this is the replacement.

So easy to use.
So easy to use. Numerous wash cycles for different wash needs. Incredible spin speed that makes the items come out almost dry.
Only problem I have is the feet on the machine are quite little and I have quite a slant toward the drain in my laundry.
Other than that. Great purchase. Have already recommended it to family and friends.

It's very quiet
I bought the washer 3 months ago. It's installed in the kitchen. It's working well so far. Not only the clothes been washed and rinsed well. It's a so quiet machine. We have a open kitchen. When the washer operating, it's hardly hear any noise while we sitting in the lounge. We like it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Purchased front loader for the first time and am very disappointed in its wash performance. Clothes come out feeling hard, as if all soap hasn't rinsed out. I double rinse my towels to soften them. I only use 1/4 -1/2 cap of liquid laundry soap, depending on soil. The wash cycles are very long and you cannot open door until cycle is finished. I was mislead by sales person on this point as I was told you can open during cycle (but apparently not on this particular model). I would dearly love to have my top loader back. On the positive side, it is very quiet when operating and it does look good.

Very happy
Purchased this after my Samsung bubble wash died after 3 years. So far very happy. Machine is very quiet and has lots of cycle options. I like that when cycle finishes door is ready to open straight away, no waiting for it to unlock. You can also add clothes after starting it if you catch it in time

GREAT UNIT!
This unit is sleek and quiet A++ We purchased the unit from JB hi fi with 15% off all front loaders as the sale at the time to which JB hi fi where already $80 cheaper then all other competitors! After comparing brand to brand unit to unit the fisher and paykel quick smart 7.5 kg front loader came out on top every time! It looks the part and is ever so quiet. Has a huge range of washing cycles and options!!! A 5 star worthy machine!!!!

Strong and reliable
Bought this washing machine three years ago from Good Guys still going very well. Had a compact size with various washing cycles. There is an option with ironing function, but it doesn't work a lone, means you need to use the whole cycle and the garments will come out somehow ironed. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Clever and easy to use
This is my first front loader and I am loving the energy efficiency. It cleans and rinses clothes very well, however sometimes small items get stuck in the groove between the tub and the door, so they don't get rinsed. Since using this machine, I have noticed some undergarments are losing elasticity, however I am not sure if this is due to the machine, or whether they are just old. The washing machine is very quiet, I often forget that it is on until it beeps at me. My favourite feature is the 'Quick 30' that thoroughly washes my clothes in half an hour.

Incredibly efficient and quiet
This Fisher & Paykel front loader is absolutely brilliant . its very quiet and the drying spin mode can go all the way up to 1200 RPM. AMAZING, but it does sound a bit louder and more like a jet engine. The clothes come out really dried and not screwed up. I find it works really well with wash pods like OMO, only needs one for a normal wash
Their has to be at least 9 different washes and each wash can be individually altered to suit your needs. You can stop/pause before it fills up to add an item or two. my favourite feature...you always miss ...Read more

After moving house, reconnected washer and put a cycle on. Half way through got the message, Clr filter. Followed the instructions and restated the cycle. Got the same message, followed the instructions. Then did a spin cycle. Eventually the machine turned off (like it had finished) put another cycle on and got the same message. Any suggestions? Thank you

Why is this machine which I purchased 4 months ago putting small holes in my clothes? I see someone else has been having the same problem (Ben above 3 mths ago). Is it as PoodleLuva suggested because they are made in Asia and use cheap parts? As I am still under warranty I assume I can get a replacement machine.
