Reliable and efficicent
The machine generally washed well but does often require additional rinse to remove soap suds.
It would be good if there were more options, like drain only or mini spin.
The machine does frequently have a balance problem and items don't spin correctly meaning the machine goes infinitely. It would be better of it detected an extreme time outside of expected times and stop with an error.
However, I am generally pretty pleased with the machine.

Top level clean and quiet.
I can avoid the influence of its noise as long as I close the door of the laundry, quiet enough for all types of homes. It's water and energy rating are high enough, even though I can't really trust the data on the label, at least I can tell myself that it's not costing too much to run the machine.
It sometimes wear out my clothes, but it's at a reasonable and acceptable level, thus I still want to recommend this machine.

Good washing machine
There are options for the types of washing, It also shows how long the process for washing for each options. It does a good job for the price that I got it for. Moreover, It has the option to clean the drum of the washing machine that way the clothes do not go smelly after few years of use.

Great everyday washing machine - super quiet!
We purchased this to replace our Samsung of three years old that stopped working. This is by far the quietest spin cycle ever. I'd normally have to time the washing to ensure I didn't wake anyone up. This is whisper quiet. Never had any issues with it not rinsing the soap. Great range of washing options. Really impressed!!!

So quiet, efficient and reliable
What a difference this machine is compared to our previous Samsung 10kg front loader (which was horrible)
This machine is so quiet, balanced and does an excellent job of clothes washing for a young family.
It gets well used and doesn't miss a beat, excellent value for the price and well below what we paid for our previous Samsung front loader which broke down 6 times in 4 years --- do not by Samsung!!
Highly recommend this machine.

Good quiet washer - love it
I never heard this brand until I arrived Sydney recently. it is an excellent washer in my opinion. It is so quiet that I barely hear it's working. I mostly use the 30 min quick wash for day to day clothes; or the 105 min easy iron mode for my shirts. Given the energy and water rating are both high, I would recommend it to everyone.

I love it
I use the quick feature all the time, it's amazing, not too loud, keeps clothes clean and in good condition, paired with the omo powder my sheets look like new. I'm not sure where to find the lint filter yet but haven't had an issue with this washer so far

Very good at the job - things get out crinkly though
I love the controlls, settings, speed of wash and everything about it
Was a very good price and does a good Job
Put settings down on spin speed or else you will have crinkled clothes
Im having a bit of an issue on cold washes though - it is still quite warm and im not sure if there is an issue with connection or machine - still happy though

Cleans everything very well and I am very happy with the easy controls and digital display.
Does not wear out clothes and gets them lovely and clean.
Quiet, hardly know it is running and don't find it disturbing at all.
Doesn't tangle clothes
Very happy with machine and would recommend to anyone

Great silent washing machine
This is a great washing machine, have different options with different temperatures and speeds to fit all the materials the best feature is the minimum noise. Sometimes I forgot that the machine is working due to no noise. the built in water heater also helps you to save on your electricity bill.

Good washing machine.
While it can do a 30 minute wash, the one we most use takes an hour. It may be longer if the clothing is out of balance, in which case the machine tries to correct this by revolving slowly for a while. it is usually quicker to pause the wash, take everything out and put it back in. A "cotton" or "heavy" cycle would take 2 hours or more, have never used these, and probably never will. Good, quiet, works fine on a concrete floor.

Awesome
I am First time user of a front loader...honestly its the best washing machine I've bought....it's quiet easy to load and has options for cold or hot...saves space as I have mounted dryer on top...easy to load and doesn't use too much water...my clothes come out wrinkle free so saves time on ironing....and it doesn't wear out your clothes...

most amazing washing machine I have owned.
I love this machine as it is so quiet. The clothes are washed really well and I really like the various options you can use, eg, quick wash and various timing cycles, depending on the wash needed. I looked at various models but after various reviews and a friends recommendation, it was the obvious choice . Highly recommend it.

Fantastic washing machine
This washing machine is suitable for any size load, it's quick wash is just as good as a normal everyday wash. You can pre set a start time for washing to start whilst your at work. The machine also has an alert for when the drum needs cleaning.
The machine is reasonably quiet, only when washing towels does it get a little noisey on the spin cycle.
Overall a great value machine, no complaints so far.....

I like the wash cycle lengths
I have found it to wash clothes well. I also like that it has a 30 min and 60 min cycle. Some I looked at had 20 min cycle which isn't good enough and then the next longest is 1.5-2 hours. It's very quiet when it runs too, barely hear it.

Very Happy with our purchase
We are very happy with our machine it washes really well, never any lint left on the clothing, is very quiet and of course when you find the odd sock lying around that you missed you can pause the cycle open the door and throw the remaining item in. I normally always put my washing time on the every day wash cycle which is 97 mins as the set programme is set to Cotton and takes 217 mins which is way too long
Although I must admit this is a replacement machine. The previous model had no end of problems with water leaking. Thank goodness we ...Read more
actually bought the extended warranty using Conciege with The Good Guys at Helensvale Homeworld, which is something we wouldnt normally do. Good Guys were absolutely fantastic every time we had to call and in the end they just offered us the next model up as a replacement. Could not fault them in any waySimilar opinion? Amazing Washing Machine! Highly Recommended
I purchased this Fisher and Paykel washing machine recently and can't be happier with my choice. It is super quiet and incredibly easy to use! I love the Quick Wash function as I can pop a load of washing in before work I leave for work and it's ready before I am! I highly recommend this machine. It looks sleek and actually makes washing (kind of) enjoyable!

After moving house, reconnected washer and put a cycle on. Half way through got the message, Clr filter. Followed the instructions and restated the cycle. Got the same message, followed the instructions. Then did a spin cycle. Eventually the machine turned off (like it had finished) put another cycle on and got the same message. Any suggestions? Thank you

Why is this machine which I purchased 4 months ago putting small holes in my clothes? I see someone else has been having the same problem (Ben above 3 mths ago). Is it as PoodleLuva suggested because they are made in Asia and use cheap parts? As I am still under warranty I assume I can get a replacement machine.

bearing and since it is moulded into the drum cannot be replaced cheaply. Therefore I have to replace the machine. That said, he did comment that based on the volume of washing this was about the expected life of a washing machine so it's just wear and tear.
