I wouldn't spend the money
The washer is quiet but I wouldn't say its much quieter than other cheaper washers on the market.
The machine will try and rebalance the load every time.
So selecting a 30min wash cycle means nothing. The rebalancing can cause the cycle to run over time by up to 45 minutes.
It will also slow down the spin cycle so you don't actually know how fast it is spinning even if you select the highest speed.
The previous model was faulty and this is the replacement.

Strong and reliable
Bought this washing machine three years ago from Good Guys still going very well. Had a compact size with various washing cycles. There is an option with ironing function, but it doesn't work a lone, means you need to use the whole cycle and the garments will come out somehow ironed. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Works well but not a quality built machine
It cleans and rinses really well . Was quite when new . After three months technicians had to change shock absorbers because they worn out pretty quickly . Just had him out today a few months after . Same problem . Shockers need replacing again . Great service technician . Build quality isn't great . I am also a service technician

Well spend monies on this machine
It does every mode selected to perfection. The washing machine is very quiet, doesn't vibrate or shake while in process operation providing you follow the installation procedure correctly. Easy to program, after completion of washing cycle it does give notice. Very easy to clean, easy to operate. The washing is clean, not damaged as the top loader doe especially with the screw in centre In conclusion,a well spend monies on this machine.

So quiet, efficient and reliable
What a difference this machine is compared to our previous Samsung 10kg front loader (which was horrible)
This machine is so quiet, balanced and does an excellent job of clothes washing for a young family.
It gets well used and doesn't miss a beat, excellent value for the price and well below what we paid for our previous Samsung front loader which broke down 6 times in 4 years --- do not by Samsung!!
Highly recommend this machine.

I would like to know the water consumption of each setting of this machine. I cannot seem to find this information in the online manuals.
1 answer
varies depending on cycle selected and quantity and type of clothes.
Towels need a lot more water to wash than sheets, cotton shirts.
The sensor in the machine will determine the optimum qty of water for each wash.

Can I add a garment with this machine and does it have the drawer to accomodate washing powder and dispense the correct amount
Thank you

No and No
Actually you CAN add a garment (if the water level isn't too high, which it normally isn't). But it does not dose the washing powder.
