Hello I’m thinking about buying a 2013 PX XLS ford ranger Ute with 145000 on the clock. Please tell me what experiences you have had with them and if it is worth buying.

hi have px1 2013 xlt, battery went flat and it went into limp mode, i replaced battery and all went well for 1 year, now flattened battery again and its going into limp mode. have abs, engine and traction light on. have a new battery and computer fault codes cleared, its throwing output speed shaft sensor error and ecm/pcm data invalid, some days its fine but others its in limp mode or ill be goojng 100km and it drops into first and revs out. have to put into neutral and turn off and sometimes it resets and im ok and some times its not. ford have said most probably new tranny $8000. Wondering if anyone has had this as there seems to be lots of occurrences like this. intrested to know if anyone can provide any light on this and how you can elliminate abs sensors

Hi I have a 2015 xlt ranger and having problems with my battery going flat over night. So I'm having to jump start every morning.only had Ute for tree months

My 2012 ford ranger traction control light keeps coming on and my engine but car has been serviced well all the the time and the car goes into limp mode this is a reoccurring does anyone know what to do to fix this

My 2012 traction light and engine light keep coming on and the Ute itself has been losing power I just want to know what I can do so it this never happens again this problem always reoccurs and is annoying please thank you

My 2013 2.2 limited started with a small misfire at low revs a few weeks ago. Not all the time,just every now and then. Then last week when I went to pull away it died and the powertrain light came on.i left it for 5 mins and then it started again. It's done this 3 times now and only when I put my foot down a bit. Could a faulty battery be doing this? Or something more sinister??

ihave a 2013 3.2 turbo diesel xlt ford ranger while driving the car stops running. No check engine light comes on . Pull over restart car and drive away. Happened 2 time this month

Hey all,
I got a 2014 px ranger and my car dosnt have any boost or speed like it’s so slow in all gear and it struggles to go fast like it’s so slow in 1 to 2 and I have to be in 5th gear to be doing 60 is that normal any ideas what might cause this?

Getting more frequent select drive won't engage first properly then engine light comes on turn car off restart select drive, no engine light drives perfectly, then some times you go to pull away eg set of lights after driving for a time it will slect first go for second but pick neutral then engine light comes on no gear selction turn of ignition restart back to nominal

Snapped fan belt got new one and new tensioner pulley now it’s snappped again when it’s cold ID drive off slow and the engine some where seems to be skipping but if I accelerate harder with more load it goes away

Good day i have 2013 ranger auto xlt 4x4, it only started last week when you drive it feels like the box surging between 1gear and 2 gear and 3 gear when goes 4th gear is seems to be okay, i would like advise before ford takes my arm and leg, it drives normal got power everything new motor was fitted by ford about 20000 km ago, can it maybe to do air mass sensor, adivse will be appreciate

Hi my 3.2 ranger has a rough idle that comes and goes. When it is idleing rough it stumbles between 1000 and 1500 RPM doesn’t matter what gear it’s in. There is no black or white smoke no fuel smells ist still got plenty of power. Iv replaced fuel filter air filter. Would it be a suction control valve issue. It’s got me stumped as it is an issue that comes and goes. can any one please help
