Onto my second replacement in six months. An expensive, crappy product. It foes the last as long as they advertise fully charged. First one just stopped charging and turning on, second the head just continues to fall off whilst brushing. Stick to the popular dental brands in the future.

It’s just broke! I brush my teeth pretty gently and just press a bit when I clean my tongue but this toothbrush is so gentle so it can’t withstand the pressure

Stopped charging after 6 months. Teeth started to feel furry also. We were drawn to this because it made sense that it would hold less bacteria than a regular tooth brush but teeth did not feel clean after long term use

Check if your Foreo product is covered by warranty. I bought an Issa Play toothbrush and turns out it was not covered by warranty. I had it for less than 2 months and it broke down. Foreo CustomerCare was completely unhelpful. Best to buy an electronic toothbrush from a proper oral care brand in future!

It is made out of silicone so it'll be really gentle....I felt like it was far too gentle like I felt like it did nothing in terms of leaning. I liked the fact that it was silicone because it looks so sleek, feels amazing and can be kept clean easily. It's nice to store due to its shape and apparently one charge can last a whole year (haven't tested that yet).

I ordered one of these and within a week it was broken and didn't work anymore despite inserting new batteries.
Customer service are slow to respond and said they don't usually issue replacements but that they would. They then wanted me to dismantle the product and send them a video. This means I wouldn't be using it at all so they'd expect me to buy a new one. It's been over a month of back and forth. I haven't heard from them for 5 days and still no replacement...

I also got this last year from my great uncle as a Christmas present when he came down from Queensland of last year and was surprised he bought me a tooth brush for a Christmas present for one I thought what is he trying to tell me my teeth are bad and if at least he was going to buy me one then he should of at least bought me a dam good one coz I wasn’t happy at all with the over all performances on this product as I think I do a better job myself using my own hand held tooth brush and brushing my teeth with that so yeah threw it in the draw

I had replacements twice in a year, because the metal inside the brush was broker. The metal they used to hold the brushhead is so soft, I doubt it can last for more than a year.
The head is so big and can't reach to the last teeth and also the it can't really clean the gaps between the teeth. I believe it is good for the gum as the silicon is definitely softer than the normal brush. I think that is the only advantage and also the colourful and fancy design.
