one star is too many

This is truly the most appalling streaming service out there. Everything buffers continuously, yet I have a internet cable speed of 100mbs. Play through my LG smart Tv which is hard wired to modem, so speed ain't the issue...Foxtel is the issue. Foxtel hurry up and bury yourself.
You don't belong in the game any longer, so just leave it to the performers who can stream properly.

Foxtel now has plenty of shows however past 6pm always buffers and makes it in watchable I have a good internet bundle and other apps like Netflix and Stan never have a issue. $104 a month for a buffering service is a joke

We pay $104 per month, iuts constantly buffering, cutting out, and we pay to turn it off for long periods. Foxtel take no responsibility but we have a fast and strong internet coverage. We don't recommend this morning service at all

I pay just short of $50 a month for my account and any on demand movie has a 30 second ad standard. What an absolute joke I pay nearly 3 times the amount for the movie option than what Netflix costs and I’m forced to watch ads? Live Tv I can understand but imagine opening Netflix which you pay for to have to watch a 30 second ad each and every time. I will never support or allow them to play but the trick is after refereeing 50+ times it gives way and doesn’t show any ads. If I wasn’t paying $29 and it was free then sure ads are fine but I pay money for this... rubbish.

Foxtel free trial is a scam. They keep charged me after deactivated the account. The customer service suck & lamed. No refund from them. Be careful. don't sign up Foxtel. It's like get the trap, they keep charge your monthly bill even you deactivate the account.

Foxtel, I can't wait until you go out of business. In today's age, distributors have so many options and in the world of Netflix, Stan, Amazon and Disney, your value proposition is for only that of sports. Do the industry a favour and go where the sun doesn't shine, you are no longer benefiting your remaining customers first

Can’t even stream what waste time

I hope someone is listening from Foxtel on here as your app on Android tv and Xbox one is damn horrible constant stream issues or just drop outs it ask me to login again

I am on trial for 10 days won’t be signing up after this and don’t recommend anyone even bother

Also what is the go half the time your just watching ads why would I want to pay 100 month to watch ads

If you want to take stream Serious fix your damn f.. apps else you will go broke like blockbuster how come YouTube and Netflix never have any issues

Expensive, 20 sec Ads, missing episodes

I signed up wanting to watch Awkwafina Is Nora from Queens but only realised there's 4 episodes out of 9 from season 1 - streaming rights issue.
After watching two episodes, there was a 20 sec ad. what the hell, paid subscription shouldn't even have ads. Disappointed with this service.

Foxtel have the most pathetic streaming quality.
They lie constantly about the reasons, if it's an over busy internet at the moment why can I stream a 4k movie on my Xbox one x from Microsoft perfectly.
Stop the crap Foxtel and give us what we pay you for.

Easy to use, but not worth the price tag

We received a year of free Foxtel Now with a new phone purchase. During the free trial, we noticed Foxtel tends to buffer a lot compared to other streaming services (Netflix & Stan), that do not buffer at all! Once the free trail had finished, we decided to keep if for one more month, but even with the $25 price tag it just wasn't worth it. Unfortunately Foxtel has many, many, adds that run through the shows, as well as shows running at certain times that you can't watch again later. This paired with its limited library, just made it not worth it for us when other streaming services offer so much more for a fraction of the cost.

Give yourself at least 5-10 minutes to fire these Foxtel Now boxes up. They are that bad. Buggy, slow, unreliable, freeze regularly etc. Etc I'm convinced Foxtel inflict these abominations on the public so that they will turn to paying extra for the full foxtel service. Avoid like Corona Virus!

After paying 25$ for lifestyle still not able to watch fawlty tower, need to pay another 104$ to watch good tv series even if 20 years old movies or tv series.
This scam in Australia is laughable and sad in same time
300 useless people in Foxtel getting paid by ripping off hardworking Australian and no one keep these parasites accountable

Rip off hangs and crashes all the time

Basic package is $25 per month, plus various to get drama etc.
Beware you can't add on doco's without paying $104 per month for everything.
The product hangs and crashes a lot.
Back to the Spoke TV box for Netflix.
Phoned tech support and complained about price of docos however the outsourced overseas call centre are pathetic and obviously cheap for Their news Corp master's.
Selling the box on eBay soon

Beware of their automated credit card charge

I cancelled and got a confirmation email that it was successfully cancelled and still being charged for it every month for 3 months after the cancellation.
My advice is to call your credit card provider and tell them to block Foxtel.
The reason I cancelled because of the contstant buffering issues. Not worth your money.

Basically cannot watch at night as constantly buffering. I have top tier NBN and stan and netflix never buffer. Now using foxtel go app there are ads before I can watch anything. We are cancelling our subscription.

How dare greedy Fox remove our rights to free to air HD channels, ie. 9HD . This should be illegal and everyone should be shouting this out and dropping Foxtel all over the place. We are not an unsophisticated society, where a hell bent desperate and greedy company try to charge for a channel they have no right to. I will be dropping Fox!
