My FERREX 173cc DM51S less than 12 months old lawnmower needs a new air filter cap and new blades. Who can do this for me?

Why is the petrol running out the bottom of the petrol tank
Probably like my one the rubber hose cracks/perishes far too easily.Haven't found the part under Aldi. Guess the local lawnmower repair. Sadly the hose is not the same diameter at each end.
