Mower starts first pull, runs normally but then begins to 'heave or pulsate' & finally stops altogether. Leave for 20 minutes, starts first up, runs, and the same thing happens. Air filter seems clean enough. What's the answer ?

They are easy to remove. There's a good chance you could even pick up suitable wheels from Bunnings. Just take one of the mower's wheels along with you for comparison.
