I purchased a Giselle Electric blanket 1/5/2023. Queen size. It has worked well until
today(16/7/2023 ) when the one side plug continuously shows "P". I have tried removing the plug checking all the points recommended but it still shows "P"
What can I do ????

Not related to Premier Top but a question about the 100% natural latex 7cm mattress topper. Is it derived from the rubber plant or is it synthetic rubber? How come there is so much variation in the price of your product depending on where you buy it? Thanks.

Hi, just bought a 7.5 cm 100% latex mattress topper and I wonder if it is Dunlop or Talalay latex. I also wonder why the warranty is only 12 months. Normally latex has warranty of many years.

I purchased the Giselle Luna 36cm queen mattress. It has been unpacked and not slept on for 48 hours but it has only expanded to 30cm. Could the mattress be faulty?

I was cutting the vacuum seal plastic of the mattress with the knife provided and as I cut through the plastic it expanded quickly into the path of the knife and cut into the fabric does this compromise the structure of the mattress in any way?

What is the warranty period for giselle beds

I was about to order 3 mattresses this week and I am so glad for all these reviews. You saved me from making this mistake. From what I have read, obviously Giselle doesn't care about their quality and perhaps do not have a good audit process. They don't understand how powerful word of mouth is and if there product was excellent, it would certainly sell itself as people talk. Sorry Giselle each happy or unhappy customer talks to 10 ppl and those 10 just preached to 10 more ....get your act together and improve your quality.

Hitting some negative feedback that saying some are not expanded well may have something to do with the production which we reflect to our supplier time to time. As they are vacuum packed with an advanced machine, some cliche might happened during that process. And similar with other online mattress company, refund policy is strictly based on physical wear and tear and obvious defect and indentation as comfort preference is something that we cannot really justify.

I have been buying Giselle mattress’s for 9 years now and have recommended them to every single person I know!! All of my children have them and even when 2 of my daughters moved out and married they asked me to purchase (that mattress that you had for us at home mum) my autistic non verbal son wouldn’t sleep on any other mattress. I think they are amazing as does everyone I have recommended them to. But I will say this, if you do not unwrap them and leave them to expand for the 24 hours you will not get the comfort that comes with these AMAZING mattress’s!!!!

It would depends on your sleeping position preference. If you're a side sleeper, you would need a softer mattress to provide contour support for your knees and hips. If you're a back and stomach sleeper, you would need a firmer surface mattress to provide an overall support for your spine.

For knee pain user, it's recommended to add a pillow in between your legs if you're a side sleeper, or adding a pillow beneath your legs if you're a back sleeper.

We would recommend a hybrid mattress that combines multiple layers of foam and inner spring for better pressure relief and support.
