Managed to get myself a great bargain on some car seats (huge discount!) and had them shipped for free, fast as lightning. Minor hiccup with order process was immediately sorted by [name removed] and I look forward to buying from Glenhuntly Baby Carriages again very soon! Thanks SO much, couldn't be happier!

Minor IT hiccup - just one of those things....

Bought a pram from their store, changed my mind on colour, same model, willing to pay extra for a different colour, this only happened 2 hours after my purchase, starting to get very rude on me and my wife, will never go back to this terrible shop again. Please check their ridiculous return policy before you buy, you wont stand a chance after you made the payment, be aware.

I wish I had read the reviews regarding online purchases - it would have saved me some trouble. The baby food tubs I ordered arrived here in Perth wrapped only in brown paper and of course some of the contents were cracked. I ordered from them because they had the best price on the net, but it was just not worth it. Glenhuntly Baby Carriages told me twice on the telephone that the lady who could deal with my concern was not available, then eventually gave me an email address. Emails went unanswered until chased up by telephone. I was then ask...

I have experienced the worst customer service and misleading information from this baby carriages shop in glen Huntley! Firstly, I called to ask for product information, the man who is the owner told me to come to the shop so the staff can help me so I drove about 1 hour to their shop. when I ask whether I can see the product or not their answer is a simply 'no' the reason is that the pram I was looking for was the last one and it is in the box, that means unless I want to pay for it or else I can even see.

Ordered a Champagne Combi Urban Prestige pram about a week ago. After a couple of days I received the Aust Post tracking number. Then a few days after that it arrived on my doorstep. I was a bit worried at first because the box did not have any mention of Combi Prestige anywhere, just Combi Classic Beige. After looking on the Combi website I couldn't find any mention of Combi Classic or any models that had beige listed as a colour. In the end I just opened the box. It was exactly what I ordered.

I ordered my pram late on Monday night and it was here by Midday on Friday. I had a very Smooth transaction, no problems at all. Paid online and had an instant reply. I was able to track what I bought easily. I definitely Would order from here again.It was exactly what I was after and the best price I could find, even with delivery.

We purchased our complete nursery and got the very best prices in Melbourne on the Boori Furniture. We are delighted with our Emmaljunga Pram. Service was fantastic. They even arranged to have it delivered. We were recommended this store by a friend.

They will happily sell you a product online but are not interested in any kind of after sales service. They will deny that there is a problem, tell you to deal with the manufacturer directly and only take responsibility when you remind them of their role under Australian Consumer Law. There are other places that sell for the same price - use them instead. They are just not worth the hassle.
