Zodiac T5 Duo

published

Poor design of diaphragm results in it tearing and it needing replacement on a regular basis even with small debris.
Concerns raised with Zodiac and their advice is that the product is not designed for a situation where there is debris in the pool which exceeds 1-2mm in size.
They stated that I should refer my purchasing decision to a pool maintenance expert in future in order to be provided with the correct advice on a suitable cleaning product for my pool.
Zodiac advised that their retailers do not have sufficient knowledge about my pool in order to provide accurate advice.

Don't buy, it doesn't work

Don't buy a Buzz B-Gone Zapper. It doesn't kill mosquitoes and definitely doesn't live up to their advised claims. They also don't live up to their 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Buggy inflexible frustrating junk

published

The most frustrating app I have ever come across. It's over priced and the software seems like a failed home project. No effort or thoughtfulness went into it at all. Just a quick buck for Google.

Started well but now almost useless

published

Very happy a year ago but each update ruins this product more. Lately it wakes me in the middle of the night with music at full volume & I never use full volume. Last night about 3am in started speaking in German at high volume. Also the command "play podcasts" now plays the same podcasts in the same order every night for 5 months- despite anything you might tell it. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Purchased at Harvey Norman.

Worth exactly $0. Don’t buy.

published

If you love Spotify, you’ll love how google home keeps telling you to signup for YouTube premium even after you’ve linked your account.
You’ll love how it defaults to YouTube even if you have Netflix.
If you can’t get enough of google advertising and want to pay for a device to force mod of it down your throat then this is the device for you.
As a consumer I’m offended that I had to pay for this and that the ACCC allows Google to do so.

Waste of money!

published

Bought 3 google devices over the last 2 years & at first it worked for playing music & shopping list. Then we added more devices including the home hub for calendars, photos, maps, recipes on top of the music & shopping list. However recent updates have left it not responding to basic commands. And after over a year you still can’t use Gsuite accounts (yes that’s a google product) & yes it’s ‘on the roadmap’... but can I get any help from them no. They just say we’ll speak to the product team. Don’t waste your money buy Amazon or Apple!

Hate it

published

It's a score of -10. Why has Google released this useless item, if it doesn't understand what i'm saying then it tells me it's still learning, I put on a stupid accent and it understand me better than my very clear Australian accent. I am getting random stupid answers to very simple questions or it tells me something that has no relevance to what i've just asked., DO NOT BUY... unbelievably frustrating and NOT user friendly.

Very difficult to return their faulty products.

published

Don't buy it if you expect you will get your return product soon! They don't have return service here in Oz, they need you to send it back to HK. Then wait until their warehouse received (which take more than 5 days by courier), Every time you call them, they just said you have to wait. Can you imagine if you return a mobile phone with Google. Surely they have to find a better way to improve their return procedure, or you just pray your Google home never fail!

Terrible product

published

Started out great now it cant go 1 day without needing a reboot just to hear the news. Terrible engineering, i hardly use it and it just wont work in the random times that i need it. Waste of money so far. Would refund it if i could. Was impressed when i first got it never had a problem, now it seems as though its lost it's connectivity capability somehow. Disappointed in google, i own a chromecast, pixel 2 xl and google home and they just don't work.
