Multiple moves .. to store and to new address...multiple days. On time.. communications excellent.. very very helpful in every way from initial assessment to drivers and loaded.. could not have been more helpful...Very high professional standards... I was referred by someone who said they were excellent in every way.. and they were so happy to recommend on.

Apartment 2 Bedroom moving interstate. Pick up had to be split into 2 and spaced 1 month apart then collated into one drop off at a remote location.
On time at both pick ups and again at the delivery point. Goods were uninsured but arrived in good condition.

We moved from Port Macquarie in NSW to Launceston in Tasmania. This is the second time we have used Grace Removals (previously Cairns to Port Macquarie). The Grace removal team arrived early for the uplift and on time for the delivery. The boys at both ends were polite, nothing was too much trouble and the service they provided was excellent. All our goods arrived intact with no breakages or damage. We were very impressed with the service from Grace right from the beginning when we enquired, the clerical staff with the contract and quarantine forms to the boys doing all the hard work. Thank you Grace Removals for taking care of our removal. We would recommend you again.

Grace removals did a very thorough job; from the initial consultation, quote, pre-pack, moving and unpack.
My mother is elderly with poor vision; I needed a reliable service that could take the worry out of her move.
The ladies who did the pre-pack and unpack were very efficient and kind to my mother. The men that did the heavy lifting and moving had a difficult location to negotiate for the pick up (impacted by light rail road closures) and they were super organised, efficient, competent and affable.
I would not hesitate to use Grace again.

Warning!!! Do not use Grace. If something goes wrong they dont fix it. Shipped our container to the wrong country and we had to pay over $6100 Canadian to get it out of the USA!! We had Grace ship boxes from Australia to Canada but it ended up in the USA. This was over 2 years ago and nothing has been done. Also found numbered boxes inside numbered boxes!!! They did offer us $100 for their mistake. We said no. They must be joking. We had no problem moving from Canada to Australia door to door but used a different company.

Use Grace for removal from Sydney to Melbourne. They are very professional, quick at replying to my any enquiry and take quick action to my request. Cannot recommend them more.

Grace Removalists as a whole were fantastic to deal with. All the staff I dealt with (Ethan, Courtney, Karen, Jason and Josh) were each a dream to work with. They were all efficient, professional and friendly. They walked me through the process from the quote, booking, pick up and delivery. Jason and Josh, in particular, treated my possessions with care, went the extra mile in assisting to pack some items, wait whilst I had delays in traffic, and setting up rugs that weren't part of their own delivery.
I highly recommend Grace Removals and will happily use them again in the future.

We moved from a 3 bedroom house locally. The pre-pack the day before went well, two lovely ladies did a great job. The guys that did the move were friendly (important) and very efficient. The whole operation took just over 3 hours, which was quicker than I expected.
We will move again in 12 months, and are definitely using Grace again.

We moved from Victoria to NSW via storage for two months. The whole move was done in a very professional manner throughout. The pack up crew and the delivery crew arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Great service and very easy to deal with company. I would highly recommend them.

The service was great. The removalists were really kind, funny and caring. Got all my stuff set up. They were quick but careful - they even sang me a song while I played mny gutair. Best ever!

We moved from our 4 bedroom house in the Hawkesbury down to South Coast NSW. Grace Removals made it very easy, the truck turned up on time and the men were thoroughly professional and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
