Really happy with the job Grace did to move me to Melbourne. They were efficient and helpful and did pick up from Queensland without me being there.
Everything arrived in excellent condition, there was a two week wait as I only had a small load.

I had Grace come in to pack and move and then put into storage a 2 bedroom apartment from Sydney to Brisbane. The packers arrived on time and were very efficient in wrapping and packing all my possessions. Next day the removal crew arrived on time for the removal process. I had a couple of boxes that weren't going into storage and they were delivered to the address where I am living for the time being. Right throughout the process all the people that I had dealings with were fabulous.

Delivery drivers amazing - thank you - had terrible customer service dealing with the woman at grace depot - yet I’ve always moved with grace and stored goods with them for 7 years never missing a payment - disappointing

All our worldly possessions from our large 3 bedroom home in Airlie Beach Queensland to Adelaide. All during the start of the COVID. From the first phone enquiry, site inventory check, loading, status calls, through to the unload. I can not fault any of the process or the people. This is the second time we have used Grace (only for our interstate moves), but have moved numerous times intrastate over the last 30 years.

We moved from a 3 bedroom home in Sydney to Queensland, we also needed our contents to be stored for 3 weeks before we could move into our new home. The whole experience of moving was stressful but thank goodness for Grace because the process went smoothly, communication was great and the delivery drivers from both states were friendly and accommodating, I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

Moved from gladstone Queensland to Sydney..perfect move. we didnt have to do much as packing was included. no damage on the move .. beds were made after the move .. couldnt ask for more ..thankyou grace removals

We moved contents of a 3 bedroom town house from Brisbane to regional Victoria in January 2020. The staff were prompt, courteous and respectful. Everything went very well and to plan.

Four bedroom house to a unit across the city. Removal was done on time, we were kept informed of arrival times, delivery the next day was again on time, furniture was handled with care and responsibility, no damage in any way, cheerful, cooperative staff.

I am currently moving from Australia to the UK and entrusted Grace with our Big move. They were great until the furniture was uplifted. After this day the communication ended. I was promised regular updates as to where my furniture was and a actual date when we could expect delivery in the UK. The unlift was the 29th October and my furniture is still in Australia (11th December). The team in Cairns dont want to know, they refuse to give any contact details of whom I can complain to and are still not able to give me a date when my furniture will depart never mind arrive. Unbelievably disappointing service. I will write another review once my furniture arrives. Dont hold your breath.

We moved from QLD to NSW and WOW what amazing service from both the QLD and NSW Grace Removal Team. From the initial quote that Daniel did in QLD too Steve calling to ensure all was delivered and unloaded in NSW the professionalism was just outstanding. The QLD and NSW Drivers and offsiders that picked up then delivered our freight were so helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem at all for them and really are a huge asset to the Grace Team. Very very happy customer and would definitely use again and refer to anyone who asks. .

Recently had to move out of my home for some insurance repair work to be carried. Grace removals made this part of the process simple and easy. From the removal uplift, storage and reinstatement thinks couldn't have gone more smoothly. All the staff where excellent to deal with.

We had a small shipment of nick-nacks to go, one to Frenchs Forest and the other to Adelaide. We phoned on friday (after phoning about a dozen others, the job was too small for them.) Walter came round almost straight away, gave us a quote, which we accepted. He came back and packed everything and it was all gone Friday Afternoon. Exceptional service.

All went to plan and as scheduled. Courtesy of the Grace Removals from top to the bottom impressed. This together with the firms dedication and reliability to the move made the experience a pleasure.
