From start to finish the whole team at Grace was spot on with their service. Jody was fantastic getting the ball rolling and dealt with our challenging situation as settlement dates changed forcing a change in move date. Nothing was a hassle. The team that moved us was top class; efficient, thorough and friendly, and most importantly took care of our furniture and belongings. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
These guys are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for - efficient, careful service takes the stress out of things completely. The only thing I would say is that the insurance offered is expensive (we didn't take it up), but may be worth it for moves over longer distances.

Imagine the stress of waiting for the simultaneous settlement on the sale of your apartment and purchase of your new property interstate. Add to that COVID19 and the constantly changing restrictions on movement and crossing borders. Zorika took my call to arrange our move from Sydney to Melbourne at short notice. She was very helpful, accomodating and efficient. The two teams who collected and delivered our furniture at each end were excellent. They wrapped and moved our furniture very carefully. I cannot fault their service. I can however highly recommend Grace removals. Thank you all very much for helping us to resettle during a challenging period.

Recently moved from WA to Victoria and found the whole experience easy and less of a worry. From the moment I had someone come in to quote to when my items got unpacked at the other end, I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with. Communication was excellent at all stages and was very impressed. Thank you for making the move interstate so much easier for me

I used the online quick quote tool but didn't even follow up my request after reading all the negative reviews about this terrible removalist company. Now these idiots have emailed me with their unwanted spam and refuse to respond to my repeated emails requesting they unsubscribe me as there is no unsubscribe link! This is illegal behaviour, so glad I already know never to use them and to warn everyone away from them - if this is how they handle a spam situation I can't imagine how terribly they would handle moving peoples' furniture and any resulting complaints!

Was told furniture would be delivered between 8-9am and the next day they pushed it back several hours leaving us in the lurch. Wouldn’t be using them again as unreliable

My move was from Victoria to Western Australia. Three men made up the team, Matt, Mick & James. They were professionals working well together couldn't fault their work. A large consignment of 1.5 containers. The team handled my antiques with care, they trouble shooted to come up with an answer to moving a huge amount of glass. My consignment arrived on time again a professional team of 2, Cameron & Jason extra help arrived Phil & Will for larger items like a grand piano. I would use Grace removals again without hesitation. Thank You for a job well done :-)

Grace only allowed one day to deliver and reassemble our furniture. Furniture left half assembled. trying to contact them for one week to finish the job no response. Nightmare company.

Grace was able to execute the move at short notice of a week. The two person moving team was punctual, fast and efficient. The guys provided good service with care and kindness. Will use them again for a domestic move again and recommend to friends.

When a company exudes family friendliness and an attitude to assist! I’ve recently moved from a townhouse to an apartment and downsized. This company where efficient, caring and gracious at every stage. Nothing was too much, even a rearrangement of furniture was handled with calm understanding. I would highly recommend Grace Removals - they made my move a small non event, rather than an emotional trauma. Thank you

I selected Grace in Melbourne as believed it to be a respected company. So disappointing ! Some packing materials were not supplied, rough handling of goods, walls damaged and a final walk through was refused by the senior mover. Little that was promised in the contract was delivered. Action was addressed by staff and good Will compensation was offered. The very small amount given didn’t even pay for picture boxes not supplied, let alone the other issues, so no good will there. South Australia guys were great, but as it was such an upsetting experience I would not recommend Grace . Have to say out of the 7 moves I had made, this was by far the worst experience.

I have used Grace on several occasions and I wouldn’t consider using anybody else. On this occasion, my belongings were delivered out of storage to a two bedroom apartment in Coburg. The removal team did a fantastic job. Highly professional. I would recommend Grace to anybody requiring a removal company.

Pros: they got our stuff here undamaged. They reimbursed us for a minor scratch on the floor while they were dropping it off.

Cons: When we hired them they didn't tell us the time-frames involved (perhaps an inconvenient fact they didn't want to advertise) so we slept for around a week on the floor and had to pressure them to get our stuff here faster. It was an interstate move. We moved 4 items - a queen bed, bookshelf, table, fridge.

I cannot praise the Grace removal team highly enough. They were professional, courteous, friendly and extremely efficient in carrying out the move. They went above and beyond what might be expected when I had a problem with access to the property due to being given the wrong keys. I would have no hesitation in using Grace in the future and will recommend Grace to anyone I know who is intending to move.
