From day of pick up was worse experience I've had didn't happen was a day late cost me another day of rent and my partner and myself both self employed a days work.
Then I was told if you didn't use a full month you were refunded so only using 2 weeks into my 2nd month still paid a full month storage and insurance, so 2 weeks insurance and there not insuring your belongings.
Then came time to move you was informed easter sat was opened so organised my move then told no sorry wrong information.
Then they take your return of container fee a week prior to you even receiving it!

Depends on who you get to deal with, initially my first experience was less than the service you would expect, especially after being with them for many years, however pure luck one phone call and happened to get Neil Simpson on my call. He was super efficient and pleasure to speak with on the phone. My job was made super easy to remove my goods from storage liaising with me and a removal company as I am no longer in Sydney. He followed up on progress throughout and afterward as well. Highly recommend & Neil, I would try to upskill some of your staff with your fantastic skills. Thank you.

Checked a few self storage deals but Grace self storage was the most efficient and helpful. Loved dealing with James Burnes . He was quite professional in all our conversations. Thanks GRACE you're the best ...made my life easier

The website says in 3 places I could find that you have as much time to pack your items into your mobile storage yet mine was delivered and followed by numerous phone calls hounding me to be able to pick it up. This eventually resulted in me having to unpack a half packed unit so they could take it back!!
Total waste of time and very rude to me about the whole episode. Will not be recommending them.. obviously.

My daughter and I (Helen and Amy) would like to thank James for going above and beyond the call of duty to help us with the organising of the smart box and anything we needed in regards to my daughters move. he should be commended for his thoughfulness and the fact that nothing was too much trouble. For a score out of 10 he is worth a 10 a valued team member I would believe him to be a good worker.

A personable, efficient and cost-effective service. Highly recommend. We will be using them in the future if need to. They couldn't have been more helpful.

If there was an option for no stars I would use it for Grace Storage in Sydney, which appears to be run by an endless stream of incompetents. You can never speak to the same person, every time I've tried to view my container has been a debacle, and the customer service is a joke. Additionally the storage unit did not have any facilities for tie down, so I consider myself fortunate that all my items in storage were not destroyed when they tried to move it to their very inconveniently located facility.

Very flexible and accommodating with great rates, careful handling and optimal storage conditions - even the wine tasted great after sitting in the container for two years ;)

We moved our storage to Grace from another supplier. Simon and his team were amazingly good to deal with, easy going and careful with our stuff. I was impressed!

I was thrilled when I noticed a Grace Bros portable storage unit delivering furniture across the road from where I was living. Ive moved a few times in the last few years and have been bitterly disappointed with a number of the removalists I've used. I must say from beginning to end I was very impressed with Simon and his team. The whole exercise was handled very professionally which eased the stress on me. Plus the portable storage means less handling while in storage. Congratulations Simon and GB's!

We had a very complicated move - First removing items to de-clutter the house for sale (Container 1). Then the settlement was delayed and we had to change removalists at very short notice to Grace because we had to store (Container 2). Then some furniture did not fit my partners flat so again at short notice (Container 3). Then I was left without vacant possession so Grace came back removed and disposed of the previous occupiers junk (Container 4). Nothing was broken – Brilliant, helpful and understanding throughout.
