Gaslighting
Graysonline took money from my account a d never supplied goods. Asked me for proof
Of purchase then proceeded trying to gaslight me into believing they were not at fault. Pretty sure having to opt of having bank details kept on file is illegal. Do not deal.with this dishonest online marketplace

Worst service and misleading advertisements
Be very careful buying of grays
Constantly selling things as not described
I've bought multiple vehicles and gemtsones off them and when I try reason with them they're very difficult
Looks like I'll be getting the office of fair trading involved again for grays
I was also informed that they were fined a large sum for continuously selling things as not described
They don't even care about their repeat customers
I honestly don't know how such conduct keeps their business still running

Great 1st Auction Purchase experience
Purchased a car via online Auction, process was a breeze! not over complicated like some other sites. Payment process was easy, and the collection of the car was a smooth and fast transaction.
The lady working at the Perth - Jandakot Collection yard was super nice and very polite, she provided outstanding customer service. I look forward to making another purchase in the future. thank you.

False and misleading advertising
The advertisement used a hard to notice description of ‘ Exterior: consistent with hail.
The photos were of a wet vehicle covered in a watery mist
Physical inspection revealed it was littered with dents over the cabin roof and bonnet. Dents on the side and rear panels were simply not photographed.

Trying to debit account when account was compromised
My accounts have been compromised and apparently I won a car, they are trying to debit the money even after I told them I did not purchase a vechile, sent through screenshots of my password breach and having just recovering my account!!
All about money off those that misfortuned already!

Vehicle died within one of week
Brought 2013 Ford Ranger, registered it and drove it less than a week. Motor overheated and done a head gasket, full motor replacement required. $18,925 lemon. FROM A MAJOR VENDOR. utterly devo.

Buyers beware of dodgy cars from WA branch
I have bought a car from Grays that has no issues according to their discription, have inspected the car carefully. Directly after taking the car out, I almost had an accident as it stopped in the middle of road. It needed transmission rebuild ( 6K cost).If I knew that it is not drivable I would have at least tow it. They should have drove it & test properly before advertising that it has no issues. I have created consumer protection case against them. I have tried contacting them for return but they refused to return.

Laptop broken
Got a second hand laptop. Apparently passed power on. Yes but after installing Windows it gets stuck in a device locked because device not encryptedand won't boot. Never seen this fault and neither has Google. Never again. Should of spent the extra $100 and got a new one.

Inaccurate description
Purchased a BMW, no mention of a broken and open window. As a consequence carrier could not load vehicle, Had to pick up the vehicle personally after a weekend of torrential rain ( they're not open on the weekend), only to discover a swimming poll inside the car and a buggered footwell module due to water damage. I mean seriously ... how long would it take for someone to put some plastic over a window to avoid flooding the car and causing thousands of dollars damage. I didn't bother to say anything because I know the staff on site don't really give a F...

Grays Scammed
Won the bid for $9 but they charged $19. Have been called out for this issue....but "sorry...can't do anything" for return, problem never solved until now. Cancel the auto pay from PayPal....see the bill before paying is best.

Vehicle undriveable
Could not drive vehicle, gearbox. Failure, not reported on add, took1 month after reporting to LMCTGuarantee Fund, they hold your money! They. Chase you next day for payment, but push you offshore for any after sales refund. Go straight to LMCT Guarantee find and fill out online form. If enough people do this they will have to improve their service or lose their LMCT Licence. They do not test drive their vehicles! Many have mechanical. Problems requiring $1000s of repairs! Go to Fowles or Mannheims. This has happened to me more than once

Disgusting treatment and horrible customer service
Grays online Dandenong south VIC branch. I purchased a vehicle from these people and filled out all the forms I was asked to fill out in regards to giving authority to allow a tow truck company to pick up my vehicle and take it to another location in preparation for it to be loaded onto a car carrier and shipped up to QLD.
The tow truck driver went to pick up the vehicle and was denied access to the vehicle because apparently my digitally written signature on my letter of authority differed slightly from that of my drivers lic signature and so...

Worst Company to deal with!
Purchased a car from grays for $18K luckily it came with a STAT Warranty. (Only in QLD) as it had a faulty transmission that needed replacement. $9K to replace.
It took 5 months for me to get a refund on the car. No communication from grays themselves throughout the process. I had to be very persistent every day to finally get a refund 5 months after the purchase. The lack of communication is terrible and they are unwilling to help and will palm you off as much as possible.
I would not recommend dealing with this company at all!

Good service and easy buying vehicles etc.
Cars & motorbikes are pretty much as described, although you need to physically see and inspect them properly, 'buyer beware'. I have had 90% success by picking the right ones.
Vehicle pick up process could be improved (hence the 4 stars and not 5) and made more pleasant/comfortable for customers but the staff are very helpful, friendly and always busy, recommended for buying and selling.

Scam, be aware!!
Just bought a heat pump dryer and a Philips toothbrush, on the ad saying damaged packaging, paid over $600
Once tried them at home, the tooth brush was broken and the heat pump dryer not heating at all!!
Reported the issue to Gray's online, they investigated!! And said that they don't provide warranty!!
I told them that they were broken faulty items that they advertised and sold as damaged packaging

Will never use Grays again to sell a vehicle at auction.Customer service is a joke.

Deceitful auction site
I bid and won an auction. I paid my money. Hundreds of dollars. Nothing arrived. It took me to chase them not the reverse. Months and months passed. I received emails alleging I would receive my many wines ordered at auction and paid for in full many times. That is there were many reassurances. Then I received an email saying the order could not be fulfilled but I would receive my money back. But no money is forthcoming. No refund has been given after the period undertaken to refund me.
