I have been searching for a whole house filter system. There are many but the Great Water Filter products matched my requirement. From the purchase to installation I have received a great service. Dave looked after me well. The plumber who did the installation was quite prompt and professional.

I had in the past used other Osmosis systems and very expensive as well. They had left my stomach heavy
and uncomfortable. This is a perfectly pH-balanced alkaline water for our bodies. I had decided to change my filters at 10pm silly me, got myself into so much strife.....
I rang Levon at 10pm... God Bless him, he was able to take me through the whole process when I was panicking, screaming and water everywhere..... Thank You so Much....... I am able to enjoy your Great Water once again. God Bless LEVON and GREAT WATER.

I purchased one of the "whole house water filtration systems" from these guys and so far its great. I am not sure why the other low ratings for this company are from but my experience was really good.

Do not purchase for a dental clinic !!!
Ordered a RO system for a dental clinic, was told it would be suitable water for our autoclave machine and was told everything i wanted to hear on the phone.
After the system was installed, which was sent with the incorrect filters/cartridges, the customer service was managed very poorly, [Name Removed] became what i felt rude & sarcastic when i approached him with the issue was told I need to go speak with the 'scientist'.

I have recently installed the whole house water filter . The sale process was straight forward and easy . David was answering my question quick and he was very helpfull .
I had quick installation follow up through their office and they confirmed the date twice with me .
Plumber came on time and did a very nice and clean job .
System is working beatifull . It is looking nice as well with the cover .
I am happy with my purchase and would recommend them

Bought 4 years ago, just changed my water filter cartridges. It is easy t order online and you get the order in few days. It's working amazingly fine and does the job.

I Love my filter and love the service. I get a call every 12 months, they post my replacement cartridges out for free and they are simple to change, just like changing a light globe.
I highly recommend this company.

Whilst I am happy with the quality of the products the ongoing service is terrible. The first time I had cartridges replaced by their plumber I had to ask him to leave - he was clearly under the influence of drugs. After that, I ordered my cartridges and had my own plumber install.

You then came back to us and we were unable to supply a cartridge in the existing system - to go under a certain amount of microsiemens. We offered to reinstall your water filter for drinking use at our expense. We also offered to put you onto other suppliers that may be able to help you.
