Terrible service refused to dispatch the product even though received money
The process for this store to undertake online service is nothing short of fraudulent, I would advise to shop for your product elsewhere if you want to buy it online. After paying for my product and having my money already go through to the store from my account, they are feeding me lame story about having a process of verification where they send me $1.00 and then I have to send it back before they can verify the sale - also had the cheek to tell me it was for my own benefit!. ey and the product - I believe they may have falsified the fact that they had the goods in stock and are stalling to get time to order it from overseas - seeing as I specifically bought it from them because it the website said it was in stock and could be dispatched immediately I will be reporting them to the Ombudsmen for fraud unless I get either goods or money back immediately.Similar opinion?
