its awesome love my zone how it got its own temp control food also last longer cool flow keeps it fresh.,once the fridge been closed for hours it puts its self into a fuzz mode and as its preparing to change it gets a little loud for 5 min and its quiet until morning. slide out glass draws makes life so much easer to clean

This was a downsize away from a large two door model. The design of this fridge allows for a large amount of accessible storage with 3 drawers in the freezer compartment and 2 drawers in the refrigerator section. The lower drawer in the refrigerator is called "My Storage" and the temperature level can be individually adjusted for this drawer. This means it can be tailored to be used for drinks, meat storage, etc.
The fridge is quiet and easy to clean with glass shelves. Many useful settings and adjustments including holiday mode for absence.

Great temprature freezes well maintains refridgerator compartment, love the touch control panel on front it can be a little noisy on defrost cycles, general love thus fridge well designed plenty of space in fridge and love the draws in the freezer easy to wipe down worth what we purchased it for.

Loud on occasion, usually when it is hot. The freezer drawers make a huge difference when organizing, particularly due to the variable sizes.

The water tap is a bit touchy, but does the trick. The tank could also be a little bigger.

Definitely a worthwhile fridge for its price range.

It works really well and the feature of the chilled drawer is a bonus. It looks sleek in our kitchen. The freezer drawers are a little small for us but we are happy with this purchase. We bought it from Appliances Online which was a great price and included delivery.

The performance of the fridge is good. It can store as many foods as we provide. It's sufficient for a small family. The energy efficiency is the main reason I purchased it. This product can maintain a good temperature.The design is pretty and fit our home perfectly well. I like it.

JUST the perfect product to find, cheap, quiet, clean, easy to use. nothing makes me disappointing so far. plenty of room, space for eggs is different than the Chinese version, which could put in 2 dozens of eggs. Don't know why. it is big enough with a perfect height for the kitchen if you are having 2.4m roof

The fridge performance is good overall, but is let down by the draws, my crisper draw falls out, the cabinet is to wide in that area and the draw falls out of its guides or jams, raised the issue with warranty agent, had 2 service calls with less than acceptable outcomes.
I hope it can be sorted out.

Haier have replaced the fridge with a new one, without to much hassle, just a photo and a brief explanation in a email about the problems. I was happy with that as the fridge performs well and without the dodgy draw its even better.

We purchased the fridge from harvey norman two years ago. Fridge was cheap price. So far there has been no issues. Fridge maintains good temperature and is quiet. We purchased this product only because of price but so far we are quite impressed with the product. We cant recommend Haier highly enough.

Got from one of my friends as freebies as well since they updated their own one.
It's amazing, spacious, and beautiful. I love how it works silently and smoothly.
Great energy cosuming efficiency.
Freezer is also very big and is enough for the whole familiy.

Ok fridge,design could be better as the drawers don't open properly in fridge.sounds quiet..freezer is quite tiny..easy to clean,nice glass shelves..easy to clean outside of fridge,nice compact design..crisper drawers have a tendency to freeze food so adjusting temperatures is often required.probably wouldn't buy this fridge again..otherwise size is good overall

Apprently Haier is a contract manufacturer for a lot of big brands in Australian maket. The fridge looks good, has a nice finish, maintains good temperature, is quiet and is very efficient. Consumes less electricity than my erstwhile Haier 240 litre fridge! And when I bought it, was the cheapest of the lot by a considerable margin. Highly recommended.

I bought this fridge/freezer back in March 2017 and so far I have been pleased with it except, as mentioned by another, the fridge and freezer doors are not auto close. I also find it is difficult to get the drawers to pull out sufficiently. Other than those points I have found it to be good overall, no concerns with maintaining the set temperatures in the different compartments. So far it has been good value for money and the service from Appliances Online was excellent as always.

I always find Bottom Mount fridge more practical than the top mount fridge, hence looking specifically for this category of refrigerators only.
It's fuzzy logic control - Stainless steel colour - excellent build quality and spaciousness with 3 year warranty for $750 ...cannot get better than this.I highly recommend it

The door on this thing does not automatically swing into the closed position, it hangs open unless you give it a decent push.... One day i will forget and leave it open all day. Not sure if this is in the design or mine is faulty. Otherwise good value for the capacity and energy efficiency.

Got it home and out of the box, freezer door had severe scratches and a dent. Customer service terrible, as retailer told me. They have a reputation. No interest in making it right for me. Took half an hour to get guy on phone to put me thru to supervisor. Paying a bit more and getting a Westinghouse. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.
