After 220 wash cycles. So far so good.
We use our dishwasher a lot and we only give the utensils a basic scrape before loading up. The Haier is up to the task. We only use the AUTO or HEAVY settings and this cleans everything and it's quiet. Remember to clean the filter regularly as oil and grease will build up. And best of all, Haier are relatively inexpensive.
Purchased in April 2021 at Scratch and Dent Auction.

People's stupidity amazes me, it has a HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE UPPER BASKET
It looks a bit flimsy in the store but when I put it inside the kitchen it's quite solid. Touch screen looks awesome when it's turned on. I've seen people whinging about cannot put standard size dishes in the lower basket because the upper one is too low, there is one tab on each side of the upper basket, you just pull them up and lift the basket all the way to the top and it will stay there.

Great inexpensive dishwasher that works really well
First one delivered didn't work. Fisher and Paykel are the reps who look after Haier products. Customer Care call centre really good and they follow up progress well with calls, SMS and emails. Got 6 months extra warranty for inconvenience of waiting for a replacement part (which turned out wasn't the problem - problem was with the machine itself). A replacement dishwasher was delivered within 24 hours. Replacement one works great. Easy to install (electric plug, in hose, out hose). Easy to use functions. ow what is what and you're good to go. Make sure you run it through a first cycle empty but with dishwasher tab to get rid of the new plastic smell. Does a great job and dries really well; better than our old Bosch. All enclosed machine so no exposed bits. Fitted into our old dishwasher space well. Very happy with our purchase.Similar opinion? Inexpensive but looks good and works well
It works well and cleans the dishes beautifully, is very quiet and in stainless steel looks very cool.
It fitted in exactly where my old dishwasher was removed. It is easy to fill and takes a great number of dishes glasses, mugs cutlery etc. I even like unloading the dishes from it.

Not perfect, not terrible, just a bit frustrating
I have the HDW15G15G3X - Cleans and dries really well, and is very quiet. Has loads of choices for different cycles, and has a delay start function which is excellent - no more forgetting to turn it on before bed. Looks nice and streamline. Was a reasonable price.
A few small but frustrating things however -
1: My model has the cutlery tray at the top - its very flimsy, the guide wheels on the rails continually pop off, and I am already missing a couple.. You must be careful when pulling it out, as its bound to pull right out, and...Read more

I bought my dishwasher one week ago and I noticed that front panel has not been assembled properly, right upper corner is not even with the left one. A part from that, when I turn it on, a smell of plastic comes and stays in the air for long time.

Not sure about the assembly, but if it isn't affecting performance and you aren't bothered by the looks, don't worry. Ours is a little lopsided but functions fine.
The plastic smell will eventually go away. You can try a cup of vinegar and a half cup of bi-carbonate in the dishwasher or a brand dishwasher cleaner to help it along.
I strongly recommend scheduling a calendar reminder to clean it every month. I do this with my Haier dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and they all works wonderfully.

Their aftersales care is backed by Fish&Paykel, my dishwasher had an electrical issue after 2 months of using, so I contacted them and they sent a technician to my house and did the diagnostic and replaced the motherboard and control penal for me, but unfortunately the problem still exitsts after the repair, so they sent me a new one and a plumber to fit it for free. Very impressive with their service. If you think yours is not 100% right, just give them a call or send them an email, you will hear back very quick. Hope that helps. Thanks
