    This product is perfect.

The Haier washing machine is good, it is large enough to wash clothes with capacity of 8.5kg. It has 12 programmes and easy to operate. It is also reasonable in price. I like it.

Excellent machine, poor support from Fisher & Paykel

    published

Machine is great, washes well, very quiet. According to User Manual it comes with base cover to reduce noise and keep out damp, was not delivered. Reason given: no vermin in Australia. West of Brisbane we have mice, geckos, frogs and ants that get into appliances and eat wiring and short out circuit boards!

    Rubbish - countless issues

    published

Purchased one for a rental property I manage and I have had constant issues with it. Control board has been replaced, does not wash well, leaves detergent marks on clothes, tenants have complained about the spinning noise - sounds like an aeroplane. Haier/F&P customer service is not that great, just advise to use liquid detergent and keep levelling the machine which does not do anything. I have asked for a replacement but kept on getting passed around from managers in different departments.

Does not wash well, faulty control board

    published

Purchased one for my mother as I had a Haier. Control board has been replaced as it was faulty, spinning noise sounds like an aeroplane. Not good for someone in a small house!

Definitely not a reliable machine - the water use is really low but does not wash well enough because it doesn't use enough water. Quick wash does not wash either which was why I purchased this.

I have contacted service who just said I should just dissolve liquid detergent in hot water to wash better. This hasn't helped either which is disappointing.

    Hi,
We use any of the well-known brand LIQUID laundry detergents - OMO, Cold Power, Radiant, etc. We have found all of them generally ok. I will share the same advice I received from a technician some years ago regarding our dishwasher, which was to use LIQUID rather than powder. This is because sometimes the powders do not always fully dissolve and can build up over time in your machine's pipes - a bit like how 'plaque' builds up in your heart's arteries over time - and can eventually cause a blockage (and then repair bills). So I would recommend sticking with front-loading liquid laundry detergents (for washing machines as well as dishwashers). I hope this helps.
