My machine stops before the spin cycle, I do not overload the thing but it is happening more often. What is the problem? I see other people have the same problem and there are no answers. I have to get the machine to do a Quick cycle to finish it off as I don't know if it has done the rinse cycle or stopped on the wash cycle. Do I ditch the machine and get an LG?

I have the model Hwmsp60. It doesn’t seem to do a full rinse only spray rinse. Should it be on a special setting? I select normal wash, 1 rinse and 7 minute spin. Thanks

What is the water usage per each wash cycle can't find any information?

There is no clarity in the manual about this. According to the government water rating sticker, it’s rated 3.5 stars out of 6 for water efficiency. Their test used 86L per wash based on a Normal, Long Wash, 1 Rinse, 9min Spin, Water Level 8 wash cycle.

Where do i put my fabric softener in this machine? Machine newly purchased and concerns already surfacing re regular spin stops due to out-of-balance loads; dripping wet clothes at end of wash cycle; crinkly clothes when dry.
Any advice?

There is no place for fabric softener unfortunately, absolutely hate this machine, I have exactly the same issues you are having

Where do you put the liquid softner?? There is no compartment!

Hi, you are correct . There is no provision to use fabric softener in this machine, however, if it is important for you, I suggest that you dilute the softener in a bucket of water and add it to the rinse cycle. This is one of the drawbacks, but I use Persil laundry capsules which you put in the bottom of the drum before you load the washing. I don't have problems with hard washing. Hope this is helpful
You don't use Fabric Softener as it wrecks the Washing machine.
