Was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for an evaporative cooler service. Chris and his apprentice arrived on time and went straight to work. Everything was completed within the standard service time including replacement of a capacitor.

Called this company out, to have a look at my broken evap cooler, after calling multiple other companies that didn't show up. Harley Plumbing sent me a sms when they were on the way to my job and showed up soon after, well within the time frame given by the lovely Annette in the office. Daniel turned up with a can do attitude and had the problem fixed with minimal fuss, whilst being very professional and respectful of me and my dogs (giving them a pat on the way passed). After an inflated quote from another plumber, Harley plumbers quoted a fair price promptly and organised for next day installation. Chris arrived when organised and my new hot water service was installed without any fuss. He took the time to wash the old rusty water from the paving and removed all rubbish. Highly recommend.

After receiving an astronomical quote from another plumbing outfit I contacted Harley Plumbing. They did the job for 60% cheaper - and were prompt, polite and efficient. I believe the other service provider had inflated their quote thinking I wouldn't know better - so very glad I decided to get a second quote from Harley's. They will be my go-to for plumbing services from now on.

He was the second in plumber to fix a drain and he fixed it... very professional, reliable and a great work ethic. I would not say cheap because its plumbing rates but cheaper than the first plumber who did not fix the problem. so win/ win, very happy to recommend.

Hopped in the shower on Sunday morning to find no hot water. Inspection found a burst tank with a major leak. Rang Harley plumbing who had someone here within 30 minutes and a new tank with hot water restored an hour later. Friendly efficient service and we get our Sunday back. Thank you!

After some initial hic ups regarding exactly what part of my blocked stormwater pipe had been quoted for, the two plumbers on the job did an awesome job. They found and removed a massive 5 metre long x 100 mm thick wad of tree roots. They cleared and even took away all of the rubbish too.
I would definitely use them again, but I would recommend asking for a thorough quote so there are no surprises. 9 out of 10 for service for the lads who actually do the work. Thanks boys.

Three hours at a reasonable $ rate meant no hot water at 1 o'clock and boiling water by 4 pm. The compliance certificate came within 3 days, and no trouble since.
