Ordered online for the first time from Harris Farm and I can't recommend the quality of service and produce highly enough. The order arrived on time, delivered by a friendly and courteous driver. All the produce was of excellent quality - exactly as I would have chosen in the shop, but with the convenience of having it delivered to my door. Thank you, Harris Farm, from a very happy customer!

I'm a weekly shopper as our family eats so much fresh food and the service that Harris Farm provides satisfies our need for good quality food. Prices are good, I especially love the imperfect range, and with Harris Farm picking the food and delivering it to our home when it suits us...I've reclaimed an hour a week - JUST FOR ME :)

Today I ordered my first box of fruit and veg and other bits and pieces. The ordering process was so easy I just kept adding things. The message you get to say you can track your order was fantastic and I looked at it about 3 different times to which it told me how long till my order arrived, how many deliveries before mine, and it was spot on. The delivery driver was really nice and had to do 3 trips up my stairs - which is why I tried ordering. Overall really happy, the only thing is I may have been a little more particular in selection if I was in the shop, but there is definitely nothing that arrived that will not be eaten. I will do this again.

We have been using Harris Farm delivery for a while and have always had a good experience. The delivery people have always been polite and helpful, and this time was no different. The quality of our items have also been excellent. However, when we received our order this time, the Gai Lan was yellowed, and three nectarines and one mango were rotten. We are very disappointed and hope we will not have to look elsewhere for our grocery delivery.

I have used Harris Farm in the past but had to stop because I had time in hospital. Also, your delivery charges are more expensive than Coles and I am a pensioner. However, I like your flexible delivery times and the interesting range of food. I would like more choice of vegetarian frozen ready meals. Cheerful delivery person. You gave me some complimentary fruit for which I thank you very much.

The entire process of ordering online and receiving the delivery was amazing. Free delivery for our first order was a great bonus! We received an automatic refund for a piece of veg we ordered that wasn't available which is great service. The text and driver tracking information received was very helpful and accurate. Deliveryman very friendly. Food delivered is lovely and fresh, no issues at all. And the yoghurt we ordered wasn't available so we got the bigger size for no extra charge!! Couldn't be happier.

Except for a few delivery glitches which the call centre staff sort out brilliantly- this is the way to get your recommended daily fruit and veg.

Great value, flexible delivery options (hello delivery same day, last minute free of charge!!) with exceptional quality produce, so much better than Coles or Woolies. Amazing service - when product out of stock it has always been replaced with the better quality and more expensive product (organic mostly). My new grocer for sure...
I normally spend $180 per week at Coles, this week I spent $115 and got more than I would normally at the big chains.

Loved my delivery - I ordered coles recently and it was all over the place and shoved in a bunch of dodgy plastic bags. My HF delivery turned up exactly when it was supposed to, in a big box and the best selection of fresh fruit and veg. I will be ordering as much as I can from Harris Farm as I really value the quality of the service.

Although I love going into the stores, I need a bit of online delivery help right now. Each step was easy but the best bits - having real time tracking in a 3 hour delivery window (makes planning life with small children possible) and having the delivery guy take the boxes away. Good food, good price too

You can't fault this service. The updates, the timing, the perfect picking and quality of produce. My driver tonight was just delightful. You sense they really love what they do and it is so nice to see a smiling face delivering.

Appallingly this firm, while selling substandard fruit and veg now wants to sell liquor at it's new store (once its got rid of Norton Street groceries at Westfield - a high quality store which provides excellent fruit and veg).
What is the matter with these substandard firms who only think of the bottom line, not the health of the customers. Alcohol and snowpeas in one shop...please.

We've been living the quality of produce, easy ordering, great customer service and short delivery Windows and today it got even better when we used the tracking function to see when our order would arrive- fantastic!
