it would be better if they had the stock they were advertising. The past few orders have been disappointing due to out of stock.

I generally prefer to shop live in a store so that I can choose my own produce. I was really impressed by the quality of the fruit and veg delivered to me today. The service has been superb. Delivery was exactly on time. An item I ordered was not in stock. Harris farm called to let me know and offered to deliver it the next day at a time suitable to me. Really impressed.

The service was excellent and the produce is great. I was able to get last minute delivery within a few hours of ordering (I was just home from a trip and had no food in the house). They were out of two things I ordered and called to check if I wanted replacements or to have them taken of the order and refunded. They then called about 30 mins before the end of the delivery window to let me know it would be about 30 mins late (it was a stormy afternoon, I wasn't surprised). The delivery driver was courteous and friendly. I"m totally hooked.

First time I ordered and the quality and ease of ordering is absolutely outstanding. I love the fact I am buying local and I love the packaging which was in boxes and not full of plastic bags! Very environmentally friendly

On time delivery, quality products. Generous substitutions. After being disappointed previously, I was very satisfied with this delivery. I will keep ordering now.

They deliver much quicker than Coles and Woolworths and have free delivery above a certain price or on certain days. Their produce is better, fresher, higher quality and value is on par. I love that they are a family owned business!

I love the timely service, but yesterday I ordered 4 X hazeldenes free range chicken wings and today I am cooking it and it is on the edge of being smelly.
The out of date on the packet is 21/11/2015

I don't know why, but it is not good.

Service was quick and easy and came on time, one of the mangoes I bought was over- ripe and the quality of the lettuce i ordered was also not the best, otherwise I was pleased with my order.

Tried Harris Farms delivery this week and very happy so far!! Delivery was quick and simple to use. Apples were crispy, everything was far fresher that anything I normally get from Woollies. Only thing was I ordered 5 x bananas and got "25" but then I didn't notice it said 5 lots of 5 x bananas......
The kids laughed at the amount of bananas - but they didn't cost that much and we enjoyed all the smoothies and banana bread and I'll look more carefully in my next shop!!!

Very good service. I completed my order yesterday at 5 pm and still got delivery am on Saturday. Really enjoy the quality of fruit and vegetables from Harris Farm

You need to check the orders more closely. I had 2 omissions. And I ordered 1 cucumber and received 4 !! Error in my favour!!

A Harris on line shop makes life so much easier. The experience was so easy with their user friendly website. They have a great range of products and everything you could need to cook for your family. An issue I had was promptly dealt with by experienced staff who resolved the matter perfectly. The delivery arrived on time and the food was carefully boxed. I will definitely be doing this weekly from now on.

The produce is always fresh and the delivery is always timely. Prices are a bit more expensive than the supermarkets on some products so I just buy what I can afford from HF but I am always happy.

I spend more time shopping at Harris Farm - there are mostly only 2 of us at home - it has everything I need and eliminates the need to go to a supermarket regularly.

Big fan of Harris, great quality, variety of goods & feel like you are buying goods in season. Love the imperfect fruit & think curious cuts is another great idea. Good range of dairy, meats & pantry items.

It was easy to navigate your online shopping site. The items all came well presented and packed, on time. Always shop instore but after knee op thought I would try this. Very pleased.
