I own a business and one of my clients suggested that I buy my groceries from Harris Farm. I bought a cold press juicer and knew I needed to stock up on my vegs and fruit. It was easy to order online and I could clearly see what I was ordering from the pictures provided. The guy who delivered my food was so nice, What a bonus!

I got my first order last week. I got cherry tomatoes instead of grape, and cheese corn chips instead of plain salted but other than that very happy. The goats cheese was not in stock so they gave me a more expensive replacement. I did think the delivery charge was a little high, especially as there is 2 stores close to me (yes I was lazy but had no time to go to the store)

Absolutely fantastic service. Great choice of products and excellent delivery service. Being able to choose an hour delivery time slot is a real winner compared to the a 3 hour window of the major supermarket chains. I will be doing all of my grocery shopping online now with Harris Farm.

Just wanted to say I received my first delivery using the online service and it was excellent. The quality of the food was top notch, it arrived undamaged and within the delivery window, and the driver (SupperTime??) was very friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was as good as if I'd selected it in-store myself. A one-hour window is really excellent.
On-time Delivery, Quality food

This is my 3rd week ordering from Harris farm and every time it has been great. The quality of the produce is so much higher than Coles online delivery and everything turns up on time. Also noticed they are careful not to give you items that expire soon as this was my biggest complaint about Coles online shopping. I have noticed some things you can't get online that you can get in store though.
Reliable quality on time

Unless we need household products, we only shop at Harris Farm and the new delivery feature has made shopping at Harris Farm so much more accessible and convenient. I ordered just before midday and my groceries were delivered by 7pm the same day. An item I choose was not available so I was called to be informed that they would replace it with a better item should I wish. Harris Farm is the way forward.
One word of advice though - it would be great if boxes of the 1L bottles of water were available online. Currently there are only the 500ml bottles. Otherwise, superb job Harris Farm!
