Although I don't like the store at the bottom of the car park, the staff make up for it. Always helpful & friendly.

I could shop at Leichhardt but I prefer to shop at Broadway because there is a Harris Farm Markets there. I love the freshness of the produce and I really appreciated the specials, the Not So Perfect Products at such good prices and the range to choose from. I'm starting to venture into buying my meat there as well.

HFM Broadway's delicatessen bar is worth going to, even on a day when you don't need any fruit or vegies:
they have sliced rare roast beef and salsicce (Italian sausages - I prefer the ones without fennel) that I would like to be able to buy daily. Their cheese section is unmatched.
But when you do come to the greengroceries, their quality is unmatched.

Really good place to shop just as long as there is no Harris farm shopping trolleys on Glebe streets too !!!!!
Fresh fruits !!!!

I find Harris Farm to be a breath of fresh air compared to the local supermarkets because they have an excellent selection of very fresh products that are priced well.

I do all the shopping I possibly can at HF. The quality, range and specials of fresh produce is excellent. From the title, I shop at two places. The Bowral store since expansion is exceptional. The staff in both places are very helpful. Keep up the good work.

If it weren't for Harris Market there would be no green grocer or deli in the area and we would have to buy at the supermarket. It is important to have variety and choice.

Not only great quality fruit and veggies but really good quality meat and cheese at very resonable prices. Keep up the good work.

Love being called to discuss alternatives when out of stock but asparagus had Australian stamp online but was from Mexico (and not great quality).

Called me to tell me a few items weren't available and were able to substitute for similar. Same day delivery which is fantastic and everything good quality and fresh. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five was because 2 of the passion fruit I ordered have soft spots, but I did. Very big order and overall I am ver happy

Always wrote Harris Farm off as being expensive as I thought there was no way they could compete with Coles or Woolworths. However after actually being forced to step inside one to get some ingredients for a complicated recipe and looking around, I am amazed at the good quality product you can get for low prices. The same chocolate used by Gelato Messina, the same beef that goes to Australian Meat Emporium, all fantastic prices, all very convenient. I don't shop anywhere else.

I had my first home delivery from Harris Farm on Saturday and am very satisfied. Thanks to Francis, who called me that morning with one change to my list and also accommodated an extra item on request on the phone.

Thanks also to Kriti who packed the delivery boxes very neatly and the person who delivered the boxes right to my doorstep. The fish looked fresh (delivered in a properly insulated bag with ice) as did the fruits. Was Initially wary of not picking the fruit myself but all such concerns have dissipated.

Hoping to place another order soon!

I love choosing my own fruit and veg at the shop, but this was the next best thing. Thank you Harris Farm for great selection of fresh food, packing it in boxes (instead of bags) and prompt delivery. I will be using your online delivery service again!

In the last month (at broadway) I've been overcharged on two separate occasions. I have had the inconvenience of having to go back to the store on one occasion to seek a refund of their mistake (and the other time i was still in the store). Not only was i treated with suspicion but also disgruntledness at having to re-do the transaction. This was topped off with no apology what so ever for their mistake. When I complained to their storemanager, even he didnt really apologise for their lack of customer service. I've sinced written to customer service and again no reply. Harris Farm Markets, you are letting your customers down on customer service.

I bought some vine ripen cherry tomatoes today at HF's broadway store and they were one of the most tasty tomatoes I've ever had. I made a quinoa salad with these tomatoes to go with my fillet steak. The flavours were so intense and defined my salad. Thank you :)
Wonderful quality produce

I love Harris Farm online. I shop here every week. The service and product is fantastic and I've never had an issue until this week when one of my items was missing from our order. I called customer service first thing the next day and they delivered the item before 5pm that same day. Perfect response and prompt service as per usual. I can not recommend them enough.

The picking guys needs some training - the strawberries I received two weeks - I threw out half of it as it was over ripe an mouldy ; the website could be improved for speed; & you need to update it with more products
