It was very easy to find Harris Farm products using the website and to change the number of products ordered. The delivery was on time and the person delivering the food was delightful, such a refreshing change in the service industry - please pass on to the delivery company! Food was freshly boxed.

Ordered late sat night and was delivered spot on 2pm Sunday. Well packed with fruit and vege not squashed or damaged in any way. Deli items great. Meat good quality. Overall very happy with the service and although I still like going to the shops myself will certainly use again for conveniance.

Since having a baby recently, shopping online was an easy choice to make. I've had four orders so far and every order has been delivered on time by really friendly staff who happily carry it upstairs for us. The produce is always excellent and fresh, and I particularly love the Harris farm yoghurts! Will make this a regular shop from now on.. And its worth every penny. I just wish I had known about it earlier!
Fresh, easy

I go to Harris Farm for their excellent offering of produce, cheese and gourmet meats. Huge selection of dips too. Never fails to deliver and genuine, unbeatable specials that puts the big boys. It has become my place for one-stop near-gourmet shopping and goes to show that quality does not have to come at too much a premium. A big thanks to Harris & Team, you should open branches in Western Australia!
Excellent range of cheeses, dips, produce and meat.

I tried Harris Farm delivery a couple of times before Christmas and decided that based on the excellent service thus far, I'd trust them with my holiday shop- I'm not sorry! They're even better than usual, still offering next morning delivery for free (since my order was well over $150) and only a 1 hour window. I can trust them to pick difficult produce like avocados, mangoes and melons when they're perfectly ripe and ready to be eaten (not hard as a rock or soft and mushy like other grocers do for their deliveries). I love that all the fresh produce I ordered arrives in one giant box! No plastic bags like some other supermarkets (who shall remain nameless..). Even the veggies and herbs were roaming free without unnecessary plastic. Go Harris Go! The quality of Harris Farm fruit and veg is always top notch.
Delivery time is a one hour time slot - no waiting around for a 3 hour time slot like some other supermarkets..
Sometimes it would be nice to have the option of a morning delivery

I have been using Woolworths online for months and putting up with late deliveries and incorrect orders. Having finally had enough I switched to Harris Farm. Best decision ever! The one hour window and free delivery create the ultimate convenience. The produce is fresh, hand selected, and with a wide variety. Good luck guys to beating the supermarket giants who fail to understand customer service.

I'd love to get Frozen goods too

I love Harris Farm but can't get to a shop as regularly as I would like. So, home delivery is fantastic! The order was packaged carefully and had been chilled, fridge goods were on ice, and the delivery was on time, which makes it extremely convenience is you,re a busy person like me.
Good quality fresh produce at a good price.
Unfortunately, two eggs (in an expensive organic dozen) were broken.
