Not only did the store call me to let me know that some of my products were out of stock and would I like to replace them, they called me to update me on the delivery. Fantastic service.

Have always loved Harris Farm, great deli range and produce......but the online service with the option of free delivery twice a week is a game changer.

I was so impressed with the great customer service and delivery of items. Not only was everything great, but they also packed everything in boxes so minimal plastic bags were used. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant range, fantastic service, fair prices. All the convenience of home delivery without supporting the big duopoly. I 'm never setting foot in Coles or Woolies again. :)

The driver was an hour early and I wasn't home so he rang me and we agreed to leave it behind the door. I received everything except for the pies but I have been refunded. The quality of the produce was excellent. Thank you.

I love the quality, the variety and the value. I especially love the ability to buy "blemished" fruit at a discount because it still tastes good but is not going to waste and it saves me money. I have been shopping at Harris Farm, firstly at Parramatta and then at Merrylands and occasionally at Bathurst, for 8 years. I am back to my original store at Broadway as Parramatta and Merrylands have closed down.

I ordered in the morning and my veggies, dairy and meat arrived early afternoon. I love that there was next to no plastic and that the guy delivering the order was happy to take the boxes they delivered them in, back. So easy.

the meat price is pretty good and quality is also good. The staff is so attentive and happy to go shopping there. My daughter enjoys free Fruits for kids and she stays her pram happily with them, so I can look around the store:)

Fantastic array of fresh produce, esp. the fruit & veg. Lots more as well with meats, seafood and a selection of dry goods. More interesting than the standard supermarket stuff. Competitive pricing for most things. Well done Harris Farm.

Staff are helpful & seem to enjoy their work, know the stock & share my love of fruit.
The fruit is reliably better quality & fresher than I can find at supermarkets. In fact, the fruit & veg are so good they now make up most of my fortnightly shopping budget. Such a pleasure to unpack & smell all that produce! Irresistible!
Store still needs some work on butchery, prepacked deli items & baked goods, including product range, pricing & shelving/display. Canned goods area & dairy, frozen goods area all need better lighting & floor treatments to make floors level & non-slip. I have a mobility problem & these details matter v much to me.
But, quibbles are just that; I love Harris Farm Broadway

Hard to find and lacking in space, but they cram mostly everything in and its fresh and good and friendly.

Broadway Harris farm: Fresh produce all the time. But not the Chinese veggies. Good variety and range. Love the weekly specials.

You can always find specials as well as imperfect fruits & vegs. Even the full price lentils are so much cheaper than the packaged ones from other shops. The fresh yogurt is divine

I shop at least once a fortnight, the range is awesome. Love the imperfect food range, as I find they tend to stay fresh for longer. Enjoy the bread section too.

I go to three stores regularly and love it great mix of fruit veg and deli. Love the imperfects would llke to see the same with organic eggs ( the hens can't only lay large and extra large evenly sized eggs!) love local produce and to see this side of business further developed keep up the good work

Harris Farm’s Broadway store is fab. We really like the quality meats, deli products, fresh fruit & vegetables and the grocery lines as well. We enjoy checking out the "Imperfect Picks" section - what a great idea! Your staff are great too and we give them 5 Stars as well!

No matter what I buy the quality is always excellent. I also love the passionfruit yoghurt and the various cheeses. All great prices and delicious.
